One bedroom guest suite attached to garage with separate entrance, parking outside (right of driveway) and garden views. Host’s home almost adjoins garage and is on the property. Guest accommodation has a fridge, tea and coffee making (NO KITCHEN / cooking) facilities, internet tv and free wifi are available. Walking distance to beach (5 mins), supermarket and cafes (10 mins), Blake Park walking distance (10 mins approx) for sporting events.

The property is 3.7kms from base of Mt.

The super king bed can be split into two single beds for couples or friends wanting their own sleeping space in the bedroom. Please request on booking if 2 beds required.

A wonderful spot
So nice to arrive at a clean, modern and well decorated/outfitted place a quick walk from the beach. Great for a short visit in the Mount and a spot we would stay at again.

Modern cozy beach stay
Marion left us easy check in directions. Gorgeous space, two blocks from beach. Beautiful king bed, Living room and modern bath. Plenty of space. Outdoor seating. Close to wharf, plenty of restaurants to choose from and close to summit hike and perimeter walk.

Stunning wee place
Loved the detail and standard of the apartment. Everything we needed was available, and we enjoyed being separate from the house, with our own little garden area. Excellent communication and a lovely treat in the fruit bowl, which was enjoyed with a cuppa after our big day competing. 5 stars, totally recommend :)

Fabulous place
Great place to stay very close to the beach, can walk easily. The only thing I missed was a microwave, as there is no cooking. But that did not worry us as lots of food shops near by.

Another awesome stay. Great location for our needs. If you do not need cooking facilities, as we didn't, this is a superb place to stay. Marion is great to deal with and was so helpful with all the changes we needed. We could not speak highly enough of our host and the accommodation. Top marks!

Owner was lovely and communication was clear. House is a lovely 5min walk to beach. We used lime scooters to get into the city center. Otherwise a short 10min drive. Still very private even though in the owners land.

The rooms were clean and tasteful and the proximity to the beach good. A minor thing was the choice of pillow. Both of us like a soft pillow, (but not those ridiculous polyester ones which squash to nothing.) Overall, we enjoyed the quiet area and the hosts were very kind and helpful. It was an easy drive to Tauranga
