Our cozy home is within walking distance to the owner's ski lift (second parking lot from it). We ski down then walk back up the hill. Currently, the path is not accessible due to a construction project. Driving down to the lodge is quick with easy access to load and unload skis.
There are no tricky or dangerous steps to our home- parking lot entry level makes unloading the car a breeze. The balcony offers spectacular visibility beyond the golf course of the mountains north of the Grandby Ranch. The kitchen is stocked with pans, skillets and bake-ware for home cooked meals and treats.
For evening relaxation, cast your favorite movies to the smart TV, Bluetooth your music through the sound bar to create the perfect atmosphere, get cozy with a good book or play games with the family. Our neighbors are wonderful folks.
During daylight, venture outdoors to ski, fish, hike, raft, bike; take a scenic drive to Silverthorne or to Denver to shop; stroll downtown Grandby, Grand Lake and Winter Park for unique items and services. This home offers 1 queen and 1 full sized bed. A grocery store is located approximately 3 miles away along side a gas station and fast food.. Pets are not allowed in this unit. Smoking is also not allowed- this includes tobacco cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana.
Since the fires, we installed a camera pointing toward the mountain range to the north. This allows us only to take periodic peaks of nature without waiting for neighbors to post their pictures. You will not be able to contact us through it.
