A good stay

This particular unit at Fantasy World was clean, but it is showing it's age. The queen bed was very comfortable, but the two twins beds had very firm mattresses. Overall a great experience.

Recommendation!

We liked the vacation home very much. The communication was clear, the description accurate, cleanliness top notch. The apartment is in a very quiet location and the bathing area and the large swimming pool are only a few steps away. The furnishing of the apartment fits perfectly, we didn't miss anything. Only the one or other inventory part could receive a renewal (insect screens, blinds, fan).

Wonderful facilities - lots to do

Second time at this location. Walking distance to restaurants and convenient for parks. Fantastic pools and water fun areas. Great activities for the kids.

Fantasy World Resort

We love Fantasy World Resort! Perfect unit location. Close to all amenities. Unit is great size for our family of 4. Stocked kitchen. Which is much appreciated. Communication with property manager was great! Thank you again Gary!

Nice resort and good location to amenities

The unit we stayed in could definitely use some updating. This is the 1st time we used a VRBO, so weren’t quite sure what to expect. The host had quick and responsive communication which was much appreciated.

Gary took care of us!

We had an issue on check-in with the A/C that was completely out of Gary's hands. He worked with us to keep us at the property so we could enjoy our vacation and 100% took care of us. He is a fantastic host and stand-up person.

Nice place to stay.

Overall the villa was clean and the kitchen was stocked well with dishes, utensils and silverware. One chair in the living room needs to be cleaned and the carpet upstairs needs to be cleaned or replaced. We were surprised that no wash or dish cloths were provided. We would stay here again!

Spring Break

We have stayed at this resort the past 2 years. Gary’s unit was exactly like the other units we have stayed in the past. Good location to pools and clean. A little outdated and run down but comparable to the other units.

Property served its purpose for the price

The unit is in need of major updating. There were holes in the walls and water damage on the ceiling. The unit was clean and parking was great. The resort pool was wonderful. We wish the water slides were open after 6:00 pm though. The location is very close to many restaurants, but the traffic around the area is very very busy. Overall it was a nice stay and the unit served the purpose we needed it to.

Nice place !

Was sent info a couple of days before we arrived with detailed instructions for keyless entry. Super easy and parked right in front of the condo which was very nice. We mainly slept here as we were gone all day both nights we stayed. Clean, comfortable beds, if this were mine personally, I’d repair a couple of minor things but nothing that would stop me from staying again. Had everything we needed except wash cloths and not sure why there was only one. Second place we have stayed recently that only furnished towels…

Needs some TLC

I would say that the price is outstanding for the area and the property amenities. The actual condominium unit needs some TLC. The unit is not clean and is run down, including SOME of the furniture. The carpet is trampled and stained from shoe traffic. The bathroom has not been updated in a very long time. Beds were not good. The appliances work well. It took me days to get comfortable with the condition of the unit, by the end of my two week stay, i had grown accustomed to its condition and could overlook it when I realized you pay for what you get.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Fantasy World Resort. Das Haus ist genauso wie es beschrieben ist und die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war super einfach. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location!

Gary was excellent to communicate with and quickly answered my many questions. The location is ideal-in a quiet spot close to both pools. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The only thing to note is that you need to bring your own pool towels. We would definitely stay with Gary again!

Excellent Stay!

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, well stocked, and in a great location on the property. We were a very short walking distance (practically across the street) from the main pool and activity center. Inclusion of the wristbands for the pool area was a nice touch. This is where my girls wanted to spend most of their time when we were not at the parks. The smaller pool was also just outside the front door. This was awesome because one of our daughters is a swimmer and that pool is designed for laps. We will definitely be back!
