Hattie's Hideaway is located in Mountain Brook community off of Wear's Valley road. Take a walk in the lovely community, swing on the front porch or relax in the hot tub. Hop in your car and you are only minutes from shopping, entertainment and restaurants.

Hattie's Hideaway has two master bedrooms, each with king sized beds and baths with jetted tubs. Each master bedroom has its own flat screen TV. Upstairs there is another bedroom with a queen sized bed and bunk beds. Upstairs bedroom also has a flat screen TV. There is also a loft area upstairs with a flat screen TV. There is no bathroom upstairs. Hattie's has a fully equipped kitchen. The living area has an electric fireplace and a flat screen TV. Living, dining and kitchen is open floor plan.

Access to the cabin is very easy. Please be advised though that the driveway, although short, is steep.

Located only 1.7 miles off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. No steep or winding roads.
Parking for 4 or more cars. ( two on flat ground, the others on a hill)

Birthday Celebration

Wonderful time w/family. The house was perfect except there was not a bathroom for the room upstairs so we had to make a few sleeping arrangement changes. All worked out well, though.

Location Location Location

We enjoyed our stay! Location was great! We felt like we got away from the hustle and bustle of town but if we needed to get somewhere quick, we were able to. Restaurants and grocery store close by. The only things we had an issue with was the ice maker was turned off so we had no ice when we got there. There were no small bottles of shampoo/conditioner. Just teeny tiny little bars of soap. I had to sweep all the leaves from the porch area because you could not see a speck of concrete so you weren't sure where you were walking. I get that it is that time of year but it might have been nice to have had it blown off before we got there. So just some minor things that I notice but overall, none of them are reasons not to stay there. Beds were comfy, showers good, hot tub was a plus!

Receiving two entrance codes was very confusing.

When we got to the property it had stormed and the power was out. At midnight we arrived and the code that was emailed to me did not work. With three cellphone flashlights pointed at the front door trying the code numerous times. Finally after about ten minutes of repeat tries, I double checked my emails and there was another code! The unit was nice and described well in listing. However the cleanliness was no so good. With the power out we had to raise the windows in order to aley. The blinds and windows were very dirty and dusty. Not good! The carpet in the bedrooms was tattered at the entrance and spotted. The hot tub was exceptional. The water pressure in the showers was exceptional..There needed to be more linens. There was five of us and only enough towels for the first day. I had to wash towels on the second day ( no washing liquid for washer) With bathing and the hot tub use there just weren't enough towels. Over all I give it a 7 out of ten. But I expected more...

I wish owner had communicated with me prior to my vrbo assessment. King bed had queen sheets that came off every nigjt they also didnt look like fresh sheets to start. If there had been extra sheets there i would have put them on. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic time and loved staying here. It was in a great location and the cabin was perfect sized for our group. The cabin was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Little cabin in the woods

The cabin was great. Our only complaint was the check in process. We were not sent the code. It took an hour to finally get the code to get in. This was not easy with 4 kids. After that we had a great time. Loved having 2 master bedrooms

Just ok

Cabin was in a nice location and exactly as described in bio, quiet and pretty neighborhood. We were close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge and all of the attractions. Hot tub was great and well maintained. Nice washer and dryer for laundry. The cabin itself needs some attention. The carpet is torn and stained in several places and needs replaced badly, but its a tough economy right now so hopefully the owner has plans to fix that. The floors throughout the cabin were not clean or vacuumed. The bathrooms need attention, dirty floors and bath mats. There was mold in and around both bathtubs and on the drain stopper. Overall it would have been a great stay if the cabin had been clean, better cleaning crew?

Beautiful and comfortable Stay

This cabin was beautiful. Very clean and spacious. Easy to access and there were plenty of notes and labels to navigate around the cabin and kitchen. We were extremely impressed with our entire stay and the added Christmas touch was a warm surprise. We hope to stay again. Thank you!

Great, clean cabin

This was a nice home and accurately listed. The property manager was very responsive. My only complaint is that we had to provide our own toilet paper. Also, the shower liner needed to be replacement. But otherwise, a wonderful stay!

I would recommend to anyone staying in the Pigeon Forge area. It was fully furnished, located in a quiet, peaceful area and close to anything you need. We absolutely loved our stay!

Wonderful getaway

This property was perfect for a girlfriend getaway. Location was great. Close enough to be convenient to the main road and far enough away to still be peaceful. The hot tub was relaxing. With 4 beds it was perfect for the 4 of us. The owner was quick to respond when an problem arised. I would recommend this rental cabin.

Well the pictures don’t do justice. The front yard is a huge steep hill it’s not flat ya don’t have any yard space to play in or anything the back part where the hot tub is was smaller then the pictures. There a house right behind those trees. We were literally in a housing neighborhood house on top of house. We like to be outside and enjoy our stay the outside is very misleading the inside was good except the living room was smaller then ya thought. We did have dirty pans and dirty filter and no cleaning supplies and we messaged Teresa and she sent her cleaning lady over the next day which was good she brought extra towels and cleaning stuff. Now I was in the master bedroom that has bath off of it. Went to wash the sheets like thr 4 days after our stay and what lied below was sickening. There was a dried blood spot on the mattress pad. I got grossed out bad. If I could upload pictures I would I do have that picture. Seriously the cleaners need to slow down and do their job better. I blame them not the owner cuz she was having some issues she needed to deal with to come over each time someone checks out the cleaner should of never ever put sheets on a blood stained and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t washed mattress pad. That’s a blood Bourne exposure we should never endure. Who’s knows what or who’s blood that was. Over all idk if I’d stay here again due to no outdoor space at all to do anything at all. Driveway is super steep as the front yard ya roll down the yard.

Great Christmas family stay.

This was a great short stay for us. We’ve been to Gatlinburg before so we didn’t need to be extremely close because we planned on staying in most of the time. Theresa answered fast whenever I needed her (mostly just for questions once we arrived but everything is in the binder they have provided!…) the cabin was clean and organized and to my surprised it was Christmas decorated which was great because we had forgotten or little tree. A lot of people find negatively that the cabin is located inside a community, I believe that’s actually a plus because I’m not familiar with the area and staying alone in the woods isn’t something I was comfortable with specially with a 5 & 6 y/o. The only suggestion I have for future renters is to take everything you need regarding cleaning & shower. I have stayed in other properties before in other places and most have the essentials like, 2-3 capsules of dishwasher soap & laundry soap, napkins, dish sponge, body wash etc and this cabin didn’t. It’s not a HUGE deal because there are plenty of places to get those things from around the cabin but I was planning on going the next day after our arrival so we had to manage with what we found and with what we had brought. Again, not a deal breaker or a negative thing but just an FYI for the next renters so that they aren’t as unprepared as I was :).

Love Hatties Hideaway!

This was our 2nd stay at this property. It is comfortable and spacious, with just about every amenity you could ask for. The place was beautifully decorated for the holidays. It's super convenient to Pigeon Forge, yet far enough away that you don't have to fight the traffic right out the front door. We've now stayed both summer and winter. We'll definitely be back again!

Great location

We had a great time. 5 minute drive from The Island off Wears Valley Road. Getting in and out of the property was very easy. The neighborhood was a bit more residential than we expected w/quiet hours from 10P - 8A but it all worked out fine for us.
