Well maintained, clean and spacious property

I stayed at the property two last weeks of February 2025. Townhome was clean, well equipped and property manager was very friendly and responsive. Less than a mile from shopping center. 35 minutes to Alta Ski Resort and 55 to Brighton. I will be back for my ski vacation next year for sure.

Fantastic family stay

We traveled out-of-state for a wedding. We used to live in the valley and knew the area well. This was a fabulous location. Just blocks from family and walking distance to many great amenities. Easy in and out access to the home and very safe; very clean. Excellant staff communication. There was a playground on the property for the kids. This was a well-maintained property in a quiet neighborhood.

Nice area

The place was really nice and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Host was very helpful and provided all the information needed. Only one suggestion is - kitchen needs a good cleaning as stove oven and under microwave were VERY greasy. Refrigerator door does not close well but over all a nice comfy place to stay.

Nice place but needs some TLC

Great little place but Id be embarrassed to let people stay there if I owned it. Cabinets and walls need painted badly. House was decently stocked, could use some knives and a few other items in the kitchen.

The townhouse was clean and comfortable. Liked having a garage to park in, the stores were close as well. The resorts were a little further than I thought. But a nice place and comfortable beds.

Perfect!

My son is an Army Warrant Officer and his wedding was held at Camp Williams. The location was perfect and central for all of our last minute needs; groceries, liquor store (champagne!), dry cleaners, barber shops, clothing stores, everything we needed was literally 5 minutes away! Great, safe neighborhood and i asked our host if there was a crib or pack and play available for our 2 year old grandson & if not no worries. She said there was not but she would look into it. When we checked in there was a brand new crib set up and the new box in the closet! Awesome service & communication. Thanks so much!!!!

Our stay was great. A minor issue or two were very quickly resolved with great communications and service. There was plenty of room for the extended family. One of the great benefits of this property (which we didn't know beforehand) was the quick access through a gate in the backyard to the common area/park/swimming pool. It was used often!
