is perfect for preparing meals, and the outdoor space features a deck with

rocking chairs, a porch swing, and a table with chairs for dining after

cooking a delicious meal on the charcoal grill. With a flat-screen TV for

entertainment and WiFi to stay connected, this cabin is the perfect spot for

creating unforgettable memories in the heart of nature.

Step into the heart of the cabin, and you will be enveloped in the warmth and

comfort of the inviting living room. A leather sofa sleeper invites you to

relax or can accommodate extra guests. Rich wood accents create a cozy

atmosphere, and the glowing gas fireplace creates an inviting ambiance. Two

soft leather recliners are the perfect spot to curl up with a good book. A

flat-screen TV completes the space, offering entertainment for cozy nights in

which one can cozy up and watch their favorite show—making this living room a

true sanctuary for relaxation and connection.



Kitchen/ Dining Room:

Step into the fully equipped kitchen and cozy dining area that perfectly

blends functionality and comfort. The space features modern appliances,

including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal

preparation and cleanup a breeze. A convenient coffee maker ensures you're

always ready to start your day with a fresh brew. The charming dining table

comfortably seats four, creating an inviting spot for family meals and

gatherings. With ample counter space and a warm atmosphere, this

kitchen/dining area is the heart of the home, perfect for creating lasting

memories around the table. Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter

dishwasher pods are provided.

meals, and fire up the charcoal grill for a delicious barbecue under the open

sky. With stunning wooded views, this outdoor retreat is perfect for memorable

gatherings and serene escapes.



Note:

The property owners are in the process of constructing a new property adjacent

to this one. They are residing in an RV on the premises, but assure you that

they will respect your privacy and not cause any inconvenience during your

stay.



Location/ Roads/ Parking:

Experience the ease of a perfect getaway with this welcoming cabin, accessible

via a smooth asphalt road and a well-maintained gravel driveway. This property

features a spacious, level parking area that accommodates up to 3 vehicles and

is also motorcycle-friendly, ensuring convenience for all types of travelers.

Just a short 2-mile drive away, you can satisfy your cravings at Elvira's

Café, a charming spot for a delicious meal. If you need to stock up on

essentials, Dollar General is conveniently located only 3 miles from the

cabin. For a day of fun and entertainment, The Island in Pigeon Forge is just

10 miles away, where you'll find a variety of attractions, shops, and dining

options. Additionally, Downtown Gatlinburg is an easy 30-minute drive away,

offering plenty of attractions to explore along the way. Embrace the beautiful

scenery and all the local adventures that await you during your stay!



Pet Policy:

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2-dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in

a kennel.

The pet fee is non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s)

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is

damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be

charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.

Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or

sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time

needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.

10 am
