Apartment of 50m² in the heart of the resort Flaine (Haute-Savoie 1600-2500m), located on the 150m forum lifts. CASSIOPEE Building, 5th floor with lift, ski to the foot, strap you down and drag to the building that rises to 2500m DMC (facing Mont Blanc) .... Modern kitchen with bar overlooking a large living room very bright, overlooking the forum, slalom, on the slopes, patinoire..Belle bedroom (160x190 bed 2 places) separate living rooms, fully equipped apartment (TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machines, micro microwave, sofa bed 2 places (160x190) in the living room. Ideal location for 4persons. Ski rent and guarding the store Black Side (located at bottom of the building) .The sheets and towels are not provided. Weekly rental from € 700 to € 1,300 depending on the month. Option parking on the P2 car park 2 minutes walk from the accommodation. Apartment ideally placed.

Super appart à Flaine Forum

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, très bien situé à Flaine Forum, à deux pas des pistes et des commerces. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appartement pour une famille de 4 personnes. Les propriétaires ont été très arrangeant pour notre arrivée et notre départ.

Au cœur de la station

L’appartement est très agréable et confortable. Idéalement situé avec un accès immédiat au front de neige, commerces, restaurants et animations. Les hôtes ont été très réactifs pour nous apporter les réponses souhaitées.

Belle location

La location était très bien, proche des pistes, du centre (un peu trop aussi la nuit...) mais très content de notre séjour. On reviendra à Flaine.

Très bien situé . Aux pieds des pistes.

Très bon séjour . Local à ski au sous sol avec pistes à moins de 5min à pied. Logement bien équipé et pratique pour une famille de 4 personnes dont 2 enfants. Seul bémol : on entend les bruits extérieurs comme le soir avec les gens qui sortent du bar au rdc au niveau du forum ou au petit matin avec les machines qui préparent les pistes.

Bon séjour

Immeuble Cassiopée bien situé dans la station de Flaine Forum. Tous les magasins en bas de l'immeuble. Départ et retour skis aux pieds. Appartement agréable pour 4 personnes. Lumineux, ensoleillé, avec une belle vue sur le Forum, la patinoire, les pistes. Il est très bien équipé.

Excellent

Un appartement très fonctionnel et agréable, très lumineux dans les pièces "à vivre" (coin cuisine et séjour), avec une très belle vue sur la station, par la grande baie vitrée de façade. Le style est moderne et de très bon goût, le coin cuisine particulièrement bien équipé, doté d'ustensiles de qualité. La chambre principale, située sur l'arrière de l'immeuble est isolée et calme. Le séjour permet de se détendre agréablement et même de recevoir des amis sans aucun problème de promiscuité.. Si l'on peut être parfois déçu entre les photos de présentation et la réalité, ce n'est absolument pas le cas : l'appartement respire le bon goût et la qualité.On s'y sent bien et donne une impression d'espace , plutôt rare dans les locations de montagne. Ajoutons la possibilité d'avoir un garage couvert pour son véhicule, sans oublier la disponibilité et la gentillesse des propriétaires qui régleront avec efficacité tout problème éventuel. En conclusion, une "valeur sure", sans mauvaise surprise et d'un très bon rapport "qualité/prix".Idéal pour ceux aimant aussi profiter des moments d'après ski.

Appartement très agréable

Toute la famille a adoré la station de Flaine et l'appartement de Nathalie. Superbe accueil au Blackside avec matériel de ski déjà prêt à notre arrivée. Disponibilité de toute l'équipe tout au Long de la semaine. L'appartement est rénové et décoré avec goût, confortable et très bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. La situation au cœur de la station est idéale. Nous reviendrons en 2015 avec plaisir.
