Self catering Villa sleeps 8 situated on secluded gated resort with golf course and childrens play area, 2 min from 192 attractions.brand new 60 inch tv just been put in Fully air conditioned .Furnished to an excellent standard ensuring your holiday is both relaxing and enjoyable. There is cable TV ,DVD player, free internet access, u.s.,canada calls and a new games room with 8 ft pool table,table soccer,darts and table tennis table,.Boasting a west facing view overlooking a tranquill lake.The main room is large and spacious with plenty of room for all the family to relax after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen dining area complete with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, with patio doors leading to spacious pool and deck area. The family sized washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are provided and a full compliment of towels. master bedroom is fitted with a king sized bed, 42 inch TV large walk in closet and en suite bathroom. There are 3 other spacious bedrooms,1 queen sized bedroom and 2 twin beds en suite. The pool area provides ample space to soak up the Florida sun and pool heating 20 dollars a day

Just ok!
The property is in need of some updates, walls dirty and scuffed, trim needs to be replaced, old carpet, towels, bedding & pillows were not the best - all mismatched and old. No welcome basket with waters, coffee tea, snacks etc. - due to delays with our flights we didn’t get to the house until 2am so it would have been a nice gesture. AC wasn’t working properly & tv/Roku stoped working on the 1st day- thankfully the property manager was extremely responsive and came right away to fix the issues. We made the best of our time there, but don’t know if we would choose this property again.

I just want to say that my stay was not great there was a few things that could be fixed. The house does need to be updated like the furniture is out dated, the beds were ok. I did have an issue but spoke with the property manager about my concern, was it solved honestly no it wasnt was I happy to hear the solution no i wasnt as well but based on the response I got from that major issue, I didnt honesty waste my time telling them my other issues. The carpet needs to be clean like a deep clean. I wont list my issues that i had in detail due to the fact that i didnt give them a chance to fixes any of the problems. I did that because due to knowing that if they will allow tenants to occupy there house for vacations and have broken windows that are not up to code, and i literally mean you can not close the latches on any window, yep thats right all the windows in the house are unlocked what keeps them close is tape according to the property manger

Looks better than the reality
After booking I got an email wanting an additional $75 to heat the pool... checked the listing which doesnt specify the pool is heated so I paid it. After arriving we found the pool heater shuts down at 6. As we wanted to swim after that the pool was useless and I wasted my money... mattresses are super cheap and not very comfortable. Management company came in on day 2 to replace a bulb, tell us they would fix a leaky shower after we left, and we were stuck with a cold pool. OTHER than that a nice place in a nice location.

Enjoyed the stay very much as the wife and I came this time mainly to chill and that we did.We usually stay around 4 corners area that’s where our local haunts are , but it wasn’t to far to drive.In all the years we’ve have been travelling to Orlando I must say it was the cleanest pool we’ve had never a bug to be seen our whole stay. The property was beautiful. I wish we would have had more time to explore the lake and community. Our hosts were awesome and kept us well informed of what we needed to do. I really liked the sense of security inside the gated community. In all, great experience!

We spent 6 days here and expected to site see the whole time, but the villa had enough to offer that we did not want to leave. Beautiful lake view from the poolside. The property was clean, in a quiet neighborhood equipped with everything necessary to forget the world and enjoy quality family time. Very close to Universal and other parks as well. Would book again & again.

We were moving our son to UCF and needed a short stay with a washer and dryer, pool. This house was perfect. It was clean and a good location to get to the Turnpike to get up to the school. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice community and convenient to a variety of shopping and restaurants. Master bedroom mattress and pillows very comfortable and the linens were clean. Both showers had great water pressure. Swimming pool and outside area was clean. Good internet service. Was relaxing and quiet area. Beautiful view of the lake from the pool area.

One week July vacation
We had a great time staying here. We really enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. The swimming pool was awesome to cool off in after being out all day. I would recommend getting a handrail installed to help with getting in and out of the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean. The house and rooms available was big enough to accommodate seven adults. The pool was large enough for all of us to enjoy a few days in the water. The view onto the lake is quite beautiful.

Have rented many properties in the past. Owner supplied very minimal staples. For a house that sleeps 8, although we only had 4. 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small roll of generic paper towels, 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwasher detergent and 1 small laundry detergent to wash the towels at the managements request. It was literally bare bones. The air conditioning needs to be serviced. They ask that you kindly keep the noise to a minimum after 9pm. The neighbors next to the house did not get the memo, they partied every night into the late-night early morning hours. The house was clean but is dated and can use some updates. There are no handrails for getting in and out of pool, being seniors, it was a bit of a struggle. The rental management did respond in a timely manner to any correspondence. On the upside the pool looking out to the lake for beautiful sunsets.
