This house is in a block of 4, so perfect if you are booking for conferences or seminars and need guests together and close to the city.

Walk to the central city in 10 to 15 minutes. Head straight down Armagh St to the amazing Hagley Park. Take a stroll through the quiet and tranquil Red zone 5 minutes away or take an alternate route to the city along the new riverside boulevard.
The Margaret Mahy playground is an adventure for young and older children to enjoy a 5 minutes walk away

Excellent stay
We had a wonderful time in Christchurch and loved staying here. It's very easy to walk around from here and was a great location for exploring. The home was cozy & had everything we needed. Our host was phenomenal and so helpful andaccommodating accommodating.

A wonderful stay…Wendy was a fabulous host, extremely helpful, giving us great ideas for our stay. The location was an 8 minute walk from the City centre.

Excellent stay in central Christchurch
Clean and spacious townhouse within walking distance to the central business district. It's great for a couple like us or a small family. Wifi is excellent for those who work remotely. I'd totally stay there again if I ever make it to Christchurch again.

Comfortable, well-equipped house for family stay
Spacious house in a great location with all the amenities we needed as a family (washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc). Very clean and well organised, sheets and towels fresh, clean and well aired. Excellent communication from the host with many local suggestions. We had a great stay and would recommend.

Great access to town and restaurants
We really did feel like locals in this stay. We were able to walk down town to our tour pick up so we didnt have to worry about parking. We also found Pomeroys for dinner and Little Poms just a block away. Everything was wonderful. Thank you

Awesome on Armagh!
Really well equipped, modern and plenty of living space. Great location - walkable to the city. Lovely deck for enjoying a G&T at the end of the day 🙂.

Could not fault the house at all, was a wonderful, inviting home away from home. The house was clean and we loved the pay it forward box, what a great idea. Will definitely recommend to others and stay again when we are back down that way.

Amazing home away from home.
My family were so comfortable here, it was like being at home. The relaxed atmosphere is very important to our family that has members on the autistic spectrum and with anxiety. The location is fantastic, was just a short walk to the city centre or a quick drive to anywhere else you want to go.. The bach had everything we could need and Wendy was a great host. Very friendly and quick responses to my questions. We will choose to stay here next time we are in Christchurch. Thanks so much Wendy for helping to make our first family holiday in years an absolute dream.

Great modern house, with everything you need. Wendy left some lovely gifts for the kids which was greatly received. Having the garage available for the car was great to get it off the street. Great communication with Wendy. Would definitely stay again. 😊

Perfect for families
Excellent location, walk to city and huge kids playground, communication with Wendy was really easy. Really nice touch for the kids, Wendy had put chockies and jelly beans on their beds, she also has an awsome book collection and plenty of games for the kids to play, she had also put the air cond on warm for our arrival. We would definitely recommend. And would stay again, thanks Wendy. 😊

Beautiful unit in Christchurch
This is a terrific property. It is spotless and has everything you need in the kitchen. Wendy is available, and left snacks in the home for us. It is convenient to the downtown area. we enjoy walking, and we walked about a mile to our restaurants. Some of the other sites we had to drive to, such as the gondola, which is a few miles outside town, but this was an excellent location for us. I would definitely stay here again.

House was exactly as described. It lies within a short walk to the city centre. Botanical Gardens and lovely riverside walks. House extremely well equipped with nothing left wanting. A really lovely apartment. Very modern and filled with absolutely everything you could need. The three bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious main has a walk-in wardrobe (luxury when on holiday), plenty of drawers, and an ensuite (great shower pressure). The other two bedrooms share the other bathroom. Lovely courtyard which gets the sun in the afternoon, as does the lounge. Great location - close to the city and also various cafes and the wonderful Pomeroys pub. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone. We would love to stay here again.

From the first look at this property to the last day in Christchurch, Wendy has been a dream to work with. This property was the perfect location to the city center. A few eating establishments within walking distance. Wendy had a completely stocked kitchen which came in handy for our meals. Theee bedrooms worked well for us as we had neurological diseases and ease of alternate sleeping was great. Bathrooms had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner along with blow dryers. Also a scale which we did not use. No reason to see how well we were eating!!! Definitely this property would be my first choice if we come back.
