******This property is unable to offer access to the Swim and Fitness Center due to resort regulations regarding private rentals. You will not be charged a $75 nightly resort fee. (Glad Spring Spa offers day passes for purchase which gives access to mineral pools, saunas and steam rooms.)

Our home sits in an ideal location on the 14th hole of Prospector Golf course with a short walk to the lodge and Swiftwater Winery. It's 2460 sq. ft., 3 bedroom /2.5 bath floor plan, with one bedroom being a bonus/bunk room/work space. Our well appointed home is ready for your next family gathering, ladies weekend or golf trip. The home features a great room with floating floor to ceiling fireplace complete with a mounted 65 inch cable television, Amazon Prime, Netflix, DVD and comfortable furnishings. The living room boasts a Nana Wall which opens to a covered area complete with seating and gas fire pit. The fully equipped chef style kitchen is open to the great room and dining area and features a 48" gas range, microwave, dishwasher, quartz counters and Kitchen-Aid refrigerator.

Enjoy dinners around our conversation starting reclaimed wood dining table with seating for 10, the kitchen island has seating for 4 or head outside to the patio area for a BBQ where there is seating for 6.

When it does come time to go to bed, relax in comfort in our large main floor master with king bed, Pottery Barn duvet bedding and wall-mounted 50 inch television with Amazon & Netflix streaming, large bathroom with double sinks and rain head shower.

Upstairs quest room has a comfy queen bed with Pottery Barn duvet bedding and 40 inch wall mounted television with Netflix and an en-suite bathroom. Also on the second floor is our unique bonus room/bunk room boasting 4 single mattress bunks and one queen American Leather pull out sofa. All beds have Pottery Barn duvet bedding. This area also has a pool table, office space, Xbox One + games, 55 inch mounted television with cable and 100+DVD movies.

After a fun filled day outside you can access the indoors through a side door mudroom complete with washer and dryer. There is parking in our driveway for 6 vehicles (no garage access). Our home sleeps a maximum of 8 people.

Top VRBO

This is the most well stocked location we have ever stayed at. It is even better than the pictures show (which was already nice looking). We had everything we needed for a thanksgiving meal, spices included. We were able to immediately settle in and enjoy rather than check in and go to the market for a million things that are easily stocked at a VRBO when the owners are great. Would highly recommend this location. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful home with everything you need

My group of five adults felt comfortable and pampered in this home! Barbara was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was even nicer than in the pictures, probably one of the best rentals we've stayed in. The house was in great condition, spacious and had so many items to meet our needs. The furniture and beds were comfortable, and the view from the patio was lovely. Suncadia was a peaceful place to relax, and staying at this property will help ensure a great vacation.

Kelly's Bachelorette Weekend

Barbara was so easy to communicate with as we were planning our weekend. I live in Central Oregon and Sunriver is just down the way from us, but our daughter wanted to go somewhere she hadn't been for a quiet weekend with her wedding party, future Mother In Law and me. We stayed at this property with our friends. We had a total of 3 kids and 4 adults. The property was a wonderful get-a-way for all. Our family of four absolutely enjoyed our stay. The layout and space fit our needs for sleeping accommodations and location. If you aren’t familiar with the Suncadia property, there’s a lot of vehicle and foot traffic as you get closer to the Suncadia Lodge. This home is walking distance to the lodge, however, the home is located on a quiet street with very little to no traffic. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting with your family. The highlight of our stay included wildlife (deer) grazing near the back patio. This was the first time our kiddos were able to see deer this close. Everything about this home is exactly as it was described on the listing. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

This is the type of home you don’t want to leave. Everything about the rental is quality. It smells good, looks gorgeous, is comfortable & has everything you need for a get away. Fantastic property and experience!

Had a small get together for a 10 year reunion with some college friends. We stayed the weekend, played some golf, and enjoyed each others company. Let me just say, this place was fantastic! Just like the listing and other reviews said, it exceeded expectations. House was clean, full of amenities and plenty of space. The outdoor space was used extensively by our group to enjoy conversation. Kitchen was large and full of all the utensils, pots/pans and everything we could need. Large dining room table for us to sit around and enjoy a meal, plus an upstairs space where we could play pool. The communication with the owners was also fantastic! They were extremely kind and responsive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend getaway. I will be staying there again soon! Thank you for sharing your home!

Great getaway

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous house. The kitchen is amazing and is set up well for cooking and baking. Both the indoor and outdoor living room were super cozy & the master was just gorgeous! The host was friendly and helpful, with a great binder that helped guide through the house as well as the area. My five year old loved the game room with the bunk beads. The one thing we’d note is that we came for a mid-week stay and a lot of the shops in Roslyn were closed due to limited staffing. That being said, we were still able to get delicious food and explore - we just couldn’t hit many of the places we read about and were excited for. Definitely recommend staying here - it was a peaceful and wonderful time!

Fantastic Stay with Family and Friends

This property is perfect! Two families stayed here with four children ranging in ages from 5 to 10. The house was the cleanest short-term rental we've ever stayed in and the location was fantastic. A great backyard with views of the golf course and a spacious patio. Very close proximity to Suncadia amenities and walking paths. We didn't want to leave and would seek out this property again in the future!

Exceptional Winter Retreat

Does not disappoint! This lovely suncadia home, nestled in a winter wonderland and adorned with white twinkling lights was just the relaxing retreat we were hoping for! We discovered Suncadia on a vacation in 2008 and fell in love with it. It's proximity to all of Washington is wonderful! We started bringing our family here and eventually decided to build a home. When we are not in residence we would love to share our property with you. Our family and friends have enjoyed many gatherings here from golf trips to anniversary celebrations, girls weekends, birthdays and even our daughters wedding. The resort itself has so much to offer in the way of activities and restaurants, while the surrounding area offers lakes, hiking, wonderful proximity to Eastern Washington destinations and Roslyn/Cle Elum. It's a very special spot anytime of the year!!

What makes this property unique

The favorite part of our home is it's location (14th holed of Prospector) and main indoor/outdoor living area. The home is designed with windows everywhere which creates picture windows to the outdoors. Our main living area has a floating fireplace and Nana Wall which opens to a covered area with a fire pit and outdoor seating. Our family has spent many an evening gathered around the fires talking, enjoying a movie while curled up on our over sized sofa or cooking and eating in our large kitchen. Our unique bunk room/bonus room is enjoyed by all those looking for a little pool challenge, card game or family/friend chat time. This house is a great gathering spot! We also enjoy walking everywhere. Even Roslyn is a short trail walk and the winery, lodge and Inn are just a short walk (including a great sledding hill). Suncadia hosts many special events from concerts to backyard bbq's, to special holiday events. There is something for everyone here!!
