New, New, New! Welcome to Condo #2201. Everything is sparkling new and designed with you in mind. A full renovation was completed in January of 2020. You'll find a chef's fully equipped kitchen with new cabinetry, appliances, countertops, added storage, backsplash, and much more in an open concept for you to enjoy your meal prep while mingling with your family or guests. Being a corner condo, you'll have the added benefits of extra windows (and sunlight and ocean breezes!) and a more private balcony.

Additionally, you and your family will enjoy the new luxury vinyl plank flooring as it is ideal for beach life, which is only a two to three-minute walk away! If you are not enjoying the beach or a downtown excursion, there are lots for you and your family to do at St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet. There are 2 pools (1 heated in the winter), 4 newly resurfaced tennis courts, a pickleball court, a racquet ball court, a bocce ball court, 5 heated Jacuzzis and shuffleboard. There are 2 grilling areas if you decide on an afternoon cookout. Be sure to ask the 24-hour courtesy officers and front desk about local events and dining options. St. Augustine is quickly becoming the "Foodie" place of the South as well as hosting a vibrant music scene. We appreciate you considering our condo. Great location.

This condo worked well for us, our daughter and her two girls. Close to great restaurants and ice cream shops, as well as an easy walk to the beach. The miniature golf course nearby, Fiesta Falls, was very fun. Also, the girls liked the Ripley Museum and made us take them back again on our second week so we good see it too. We loved the architecture of the Old City.

Nice Getaway

It was a wonderful getaway, the property was great and as promised. Great location to beach and restaurants. The only thing it would have been helpful to know is that they did provide paper towels, toilet paper and laundry tablets that we brought with. Not a big deal but save is precious!

Remodeled But...

Overall a nice place to stay, close to the beach (direct access), but the unit needs a new bed in the master. The cleaning charges and booking charges are high, even within these times of COVID. We would have booked in the Historic District in a B&B for less, had we know of all the inflated charges ahead of time.

Clean, Comfortable and well Equipped

This is a newly renovated property in an organized, quiet and well maintained complex. There is no view of the ocean from this particular unit but the beach is only a short walk. There a many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The unit is well equipped to include washer/dryer and even an iron and ironing board. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

This is a really nice unit only a quick walk to the sandy St Augustine Beach. It was recently remodeled and everything is very well maintained. Our family is grateful for our time in this rental and would definitely like to return again in the future.

2201 Ocean and Racquet Club

Beautifully updated Condo! We were one of the first guest to stay in this updated condo. We think there was some miscommunication between the cleaners and office. But, everything was taken care of immediately. Walked a lot to restaurants and the beach. Grocery and St Augustine attractions close by. We would definitely would stay here again. The Snyders
