Park your car and relax - you're steps from everything you need!

Whether you're visiting Panorama in the summer or winter, you can park your car in the heated garage and forget about it.

Your home base for your Panorama vacation is Ski in / Ski out, located approximately 150 yards from the base of the Sunbird Chairlift, about 50 steps to the Greywolf Golf Course clubhouse (and its fantastic Cliffhanger restaurant).

With plenty of space to spread out, our home comfortably sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms. You will enjoy mountain views in an open and bright layout as well as a large private hot tub, gas fireplace, internet connected large screen television and well-appointed kitchen.

Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms and full sized laundry.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, ensuite with heated floors, and private balcony with beautiful mountain views.

There are two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen sized bed and the other with two twins along with a family bathroom for these two bedrooms to share.

The main floor is bright and open, with a modern kitchen that opens to the dining room and living area with cozy gas fireplace and large screen internet connected (Netflix, etc.) television.

Downstairs is the large 4th bedroom / bonus room - perfect for the kids! There is a queen sized bed, two single beds and a private bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for large family meals or casual after golf-snacks, including dinnerware, pots, small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crock pot, etc.) as well as a private gas BBQ on the patio. We provide salt and pepper, cooking oil and basic spices. We also provide coffee filters and sugar for your use.

If you stay with us for a longer term, feel free to make use of the full sized laundry. Laundry soap is provided.

There is cable television available on the large screen smart TV and a docking station to play your music from. Of course, there is also free hi-speed WIFI internet.

You are a very short drive or 15 minute scenic walk from the main village at Panorama. You have full (free) access to the pools and water slides, hot pools and gym.

We also provide a high chair, pack and play (with mattress), kids dishes as well as a small selection of toys to make travelling with your little ones a bit easier.

We had a great week at this spot - I could not have been more convenient to get to the chair lift to start the day. The hot tub was great and the 9 of us had lots of room to hang out. Ski in/ski out is the way to go!!

Wonderful stay! Highly recommended!

Our family of 10 stayed at Dave’s house for a week! Dave was an excellent host - extremely responsive and helpful! The house had everything we needed to cook large family meals and sleep comfortably! We are not golfers, but if you are, you are steps to the course! We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and amenities - a great launching point to Invermere lakes and the Hot Springs. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Dave!

Everything was fantastic!

Amazing place to stay. It was even more spacious than the photos show and we had plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean and well-stocked. Check in was a breeze and the owner was very responsive. Being steps away from buying lift tickets and skiing over to the Sunbird chair was amazing for our ski days. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family get-away at Panorama

The location was awesome to access the Panorama ski resort. Our family enjoyed the outdoor hot tub after a great day of skiing. Dave was an amazing host providing lots of information and communicating promptly before, during and at the end of our stay.

Awesome location for ski vacation.

Dave’s condo was perfect for our family ski vacation. Spotlessly clean and cozy and excellent access to the Sunbird chair. We were a group of 2 seniors, 3adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room and privacy for all. Dave was accessible at all times and very helpful in answering all our questions about the area. Highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic Panorama Ski Property

I don't normally write reviews, but have decided to because Dave, the property owner, was exceptional. I have rented quite a few times across North America and Hawaii, and Dave was the best to deal with yet, by far. When I booked, he reached out to advise me that the nearest chairlift takes you to runs that are a little harder for beginner skiers (which my 4 year old qualifies as). I was very impressed by this - he stood to lose on a rental and yet cared to help me out nevertheless. I really felt at home at his place. BTW: I just picked up my son and carried him when he felt it was too steep for him, so it was easy for us despite the Sunbird chair runs. In addition, one could buy lift passes at the golf course clubhouse right out the back door, so that was super easy and convenient, and the chairlift was 2 minutes to walk to put on your skis, and then ski skate for 1 minute or so across the fairway to the lift. Fantastic. The house was great, well-equipped, and the hot tub essentially brand new. And, when we accidentally locked ourselves out, Dave responded quickly and positively. I am looking forward to coming back.

Hot tub was disgusting. Asked to get it fixed and came back day two and it had no power.

Owner offered us a credit on our next stay and we suggested we preferred he closed out the stay. 2 weeks after the stay he still hadn’t concluded the stay and we got into a back in forth. He eventually slapped us with additional charge just to be a class act. I’d love for VRBO to reach out so I can send in the text strands that show there was a issues with the unit from day one and the owner is trying to find ways to hide from a failing unit.

Great location, great house.

This was a perfect vacation setup for our family. This is truly ski in ski out. Having the garage for all our winter gear was extremely convenient. House is even better than the pictures show, space feels larger in person. Highly recommend.

Great Location for Ski In/Out

We had a great time on our family ski getaway. The condo was perfectly located to the chairlift, easy access to groomed walking paths and the Grey Wolf Cliffhanger restaurant. The hot tub was a needed treat at the end of the day! Dave is easy to communicate with making this an easy booking!

Excellent Panorama Property

We stayed here for our first time skiing in Panorama. The property is well maintained and very clean. It’s located 100yds from the chairlift in a very quiet area. Private hot tub and bbq on the back deck. This property would also be a great location for a summer golf trip. Dave the owner was quick to reply on any questions that we had. We would definitely stay again!

Incredible Ski-in/Ski-Out Weekend in Panorama

If you’re looking for quick, easy and no fuss ski-in/ski-out access to Panorama Mountain this is the place! A very quick 2 minute walk to the Sunbird Chair from the unit with a hot tub tucked privately on the deck to warm up and relax after a day of skiing. The bedrooms and their bed arrangements were perfect for our group which consisted of 5 adults and 3 kids. The bedroom in the basement is like a master suite with its own bathroom and another master suite w/ bathroom on the top floor with 2 additional bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. There was even a baby gate, a few toys and a high chair for convenience which was an added bonus with a 18 month old, 4 & 7 year old. The garage has an area with benches for everyone to gear up and gear down so all the ski & snowboard equipment and boots can remain in the garage. There is a large canvas print map of the mountain on the main floor which not only gave that “ski hill vibe” but allowed us to plan our ski routes for the day and “where to meet”. Dave was very approachable and our correspondence was very courteous and thoughtful. He proactively sent directions of how to get there and all the details about purchasing ski passes for Panorama before we got there so we could make arrangements to pick them up from the ski centre before getting to the unit as they can’t be picked up at Sunbird Chair. We had an awesome getaway weekend and created so many great memories and will absolutely be back again. Thank you from all of us! 10/10 & 5 stars!

We live in Calgary with our two young boys and have vacationed in Panorama for years.

We first started coming to "Pano" before we had kids, taking advantage of everything the area has to offer. When the kids came along, we realized how perfect Panorama was as a family destination and decided to buy a place!

Unfortunately, we can't use our vacation home all the time, so we thought we'd make it available to rent.

We're pretty confident that you will enjoy Pano as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Our home is perfectly situated adjacent to the Grey Wolf golf course (a 30 second walk) and the Sunbird chair lift (ski in and ski out access 150 yards away). We are the only place that offers this, as well as 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
