My family of six (4 kids 10 and under) thoroughly enjoyed our stay over spring break at the cabin! It's nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge, but still close enough to get to the national park and other attractions. The neighbors and creek are wonderful. We arrived at night, and the solar lights made it easy to find. Just make sure to take a screenshot of your check-in info because there is no service! (The wifi is strong once you get connected.) The host very kindly connected with us throughout the stay.
Most folks would pay a fortune to get the amount of privacy that this cabin offers. In a area with nothing but hotels and condos this is a gem. Clean with a donkey and goats for neighbors. Highly recommend
This was such a beautiful place. Henry was super awesome to check on us during our trip and answer any questions we had. We are planning our next stay♡
This is a great cabin for a small family. The owner was very quick to answer any questions I had. If you’re looking for a great rustic cabin on a budget, like we were, this is the perfect place!
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Farm House, our favorite spot so far! Besides a few passing vechiles we felt alone with nature and the entertaining animals across the street. Very peaceful and cozy.
The pictures of the cabin online make it look like the cabin is in a field bit it os actually ride by the road & the picture of the barn is not what it looks like anymore, you cant even get to it to take pictures like we wanted. The cabin could use some updates. But all in all we enjoyed our stay.
This was 2nd week to stay at this cabin. One of the tvs wasn't working. Jeannie was very quick to get it replaced. The only thing i would suggest would be, to get the correct pans that go under the 2 big eyes. This was a sweet cabin, very rustic. We enjoyed the goats, donkey across the street.

No encanto! Los propietarios super amables. Altamente recomendable. Muchas gracias.
We were able to check in on Christmas day which was great. We arrived in the afternoon and we're excited to find the cabin was decorated for Christmas which really kept us in the spirit after a long road trip. It's off the beaten path and in the mountains which was amazing. That being said, it's also very close to all the major attractions (10-15min). It's a cozy cabin and perfect for our family of 3. Full kitchen, bath, TV in every room. The property managers are absolutely wonderful. They checked in on us occasionally and made sure we had a perfect Christmas vacation every step of the way. We look forward to staying here again.
Awesome cabin location was very remote lovely cabin for complete quietness. Henry is a great property manager got to meet the neighbors Bonnie & Terri and the goats and the donkey Sam. Would highly recommend this for a single person or a family of up 6 people loved it and enjoyed our stay
The cabin was just as described and the property was beautiful. Nice place to get away from the noise and bustle of Pigeon Forge. Definitely about the most bang for your buck you can get in the area.
As mentioned in other reviews, the internet is slow as it is a satellite ISP, which is probably the best available. It was fine for web browsing just download your movies before you visit.
Would definitely rent here again.
Mr. Henry was so easy to get up with and accommodating! Place was clean, quite, peaceful. Would have even nice to have been decorated for Christmas. Need more outside lighting. Hard to see at night to get in from parking area. Really enjoyed the inferred woodburning heater, so warm and cozy to watch christmas movies. Really enjoyed our stay.
Cozy cabin. Clean and cute. Unusual layout. Older cabin that has been added on to. Love the privacy of the property and quiet surroundings. Wifi isn’t great.
The cabin was just as pictured. The property was beautiful. My kids love the barn and the creek (which is across the street). The neighbors (also across the street) were very friendly and their goats and donkey provied great entertainment while we sat on the porch.
The host was very responsiveto any and all emails with very prompt replies. I had to reach out to get check in directions but when I did he replied almost immediately.
It was nice to be up the mountain a little ways to get away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.
WiFi at the house was spotty which was only an issue for the kids, the adults loved it!
We utilized the fire pit for s'mores and the kids loves seeing the fireflies.
The washer and dryer could use a bit of an update but both worked fine once you get past all the little quircks (which are clearly detailed on the machines by the host).
You may want to bring extra paper products and trash bags if you're going to stay more than a few days.
Very quiet and peaceful. A nice place to relax after daily adventures around the area.
We loved this little farmhouse. It had everything we needed. It was very clean, cute, and cozy. Very quiet and a wonderful location. Decorated really cute for Halloween.. Owner was very nice.
As described. Fantastic little getaway. The owner is a very good host and communicator. The wifi isn’t any good and my AT&T phone didn’t work at all so it was exactly what we needed for a few days of disconnecting.
