About this property

Exclusive and Intimate Luxury Pool Villa in Vast Garden - Thai Traditional Style

Located close to the white sandy beach of Nai Harn, this is an exceptional single-level house of Thai traditional style U-shaped around an infinity pool. It is placed within a grand tropical garden entirely secluded, at the center of which is a large pond embellished with a variety of aquatic plants. The property offers fabulous view over the neighboring hills.

The space

The villa comprises of 8 beautiful rooms out of which 4 are spacious suites with direct view and access to the garden and pool. Each suite has its own marble bathroom with double sinks, showers and separate toilets. Three of the suites contain a private garden extension enclosed by walls and accessible only via the rooms themselves. There, one may relax and enjoy privacy by little aquatic in-built basins.

The particular architecture of the living room, dining room and bar is unique as there are no walls, only columns to support the architecture. Fresh natural air flows freely through the architecture, thus removing the need for air conditioning.

Most of the villa’s furniture is made from teak wood, fitting the traditional Thai spirit and design perfectly. The marble kitchen, fully equipped with a central island, also has a barbecue extension that may be used as a terrace, overlooking a little back garden area.

The large park is another unique area of relaxation as one may indulge in shaded strolls by the pond or picnic under a majestic banyan tree. A petanque field protected from the sun, maintained and kept tidy at all times, is also available.

Guest access

Included with the reservation are the following:
- Cleaning every day of the common areas of the villa, including the living room, dining room, pool area through our two on-site maids residing on separate staff quarters at the property.
- Cleaning every two days of the bedrooms.
- All utilities, including electricity, running and drinking water, wi-fi, cooking gas, etc
- One round-trip airport transfer.

Please note that it is important to select the right number of guests, as guest groups beyond 12 people are subject to a 1,700 THB/guest/night charge for the 13th guest onward.

View – Direct view onto the private tropical garden surrounded by tall trees at the center of which is located a great pond embellished with aquatic plants. Beyond the garden, one may see the neighboring hills.

Bathrooms – Private bathroom for each of the bedrooms: double sinks (his and hers for each of the suite), showers and separate toilets. The Master bedroom also has a private bathtub for two. One of the standard bedrooms also includes an additional exterior shower. For visitors, separate washrooms are available. Outdoor shower for the swimming pool is present.

Dining room – The dining room is very spacious with a view over the swimming pool, the living room, the bar, and both the front and back garden. It has a capacity of 18 seats.

Living room – The living room is entirely open onto the exterior and offers a splendid view over the lawn, pond, garden and swimming pool. The sofa has a capacity of 18 seats.

Kitchen – Fully furnished marble kitchen with central kitchen island, teak furniture and a barbecue extension.

Bar – Marble bar open onto the terrace, the swimming pool area, dining room and pool table.

Entertainment –

LIVING ROOM:
- 70-inch smart TV with Netflix and cable TV
- Home cinema - 5.1 surround sound system
- TV cable offering over 60 local and international channels

DINING ROOM:
- 4x8 feet billiards table with appropriate lighting - alternative snooker pool set available.

BEDROOMS:
- Flat screen TVs in rooms 3, 4, 5 and 8.

OTHER:
- A petanque field under shade by the pond on the far-right of of the property
- Ping-Pong table
- Darts game
- Massage area
- Card and board games including Chess, Poker Jenga, Mahjong.

Internet – Wi-Fi available throughout every room and the area around the swimming pool. Printer, scanner and photocopy device available.

Swimming pool – Infinity pool (dimensions 12x6m). Salt cleaning system. Surrounded by sunbeds. Maintained twice per week.

Air condition and fans – Presence of air conditioning devices in every bedroom. Ceiling fans and ground fans are also placed in the living room, dining room, kitchen and bar. Furthermore, every bedroom has mosquito screens on windows, allowing to open windows to let the outside air flow in so that one does not have to use the air-condition if desired.

Safes – There are safes in each suite.

Car park – The villa has a covered garage for 4 cars, but may welcome up to 6 additional cars in the car park area.

Wonderful stay
We had two glorious weeks in this oasis. Friends and family came and went. We booked the cook every breakfast and most night. Highly recommend. The gardens were particularly unique. We will return.

I currently live in Phuket with my parents and, when not working on the villa, I take part in a large range activities, including music jams, woodworking and gardening projects. I also spend a lot of time in my workshop making practical creations.

Why they chose this property

Naiharn used to be a quiet part of the island back when I was growing up, with quiet roads leading to the beautiful beaches and viewpoints surrounding the area. Today, Saiyuan Road (the main vein of Naiharn) has become a small center of activity with a range of services available, from restaurants to massage parlors, vehicle rental offices to tour agencies, and even a gas station and a supermarket (Makro Food Service)!

The villa, located downhill from this bustling center of activity, retains a quiet and tranquil atmosphere, protected from noise and visual elements of the city thanks to its vegetal cover, whilst maintaining direct access to the services of the street. All types of cuisine are available for delivery, including Indian, Italian, Japanese, European, Mexican, Middle-Eastern and of course, Thai.

- The size of the property it is built on: 4,500 square meters of greenery with tall trees and a large pond enclosed within high exterior walls to provide a truly private and unique place to relax, make memories and share exclusively with the members of your group/family.

- The attention to detail: Villa Semaya was initially conceived with the purpose of serving as a family home, which it continues to do today. Thus, maximum care and attention went into the design, construction, practicality and maintenance of the house. Occupying the villa during periods of vacancy also means that we detect issues when they appear, and can take steps to fix them. You will notice the difference between our family home and a standard property managed by a rental agency as you discover the uniquely decorated common areas, the fully equipped European kitchen, the unique and comfortable bedrooms and the garden with many different corners.
