You will be able to enjoy sights, sounds, and access to the Pemigewasset River from your backyard! This premier location is just one of the features that sets this beautiful home apart from many. While access to the river can certainly be enjoyed during the warmer months, the view of the snowy and icy river in winter is breath-taking.

While this home is in an ideal location for enjoying Loon all year round, you will also be close to other activities and attractions that the White Mountains has to offer. In Summer, there are plenty of hiking and biking trails for all ages and experience levels. Our house is only 12 minutes from Whale's Tale Waterpark and 10 minutes from Clark's Trading Post. Loon Mountain also has many warm weather attractions. Take a ride on New Hampshire's Longest Scenic Gondola Skyride to the top of the mountain! The gondola is only a 7 minute walk from the house. In Fall, enjoy the colors of the season in the White Mountains. In winter there is of course skiing and snowboarding, in addition to snowshoeing, ice skating, visiting the Ice Castles, and more! In Spring, you can visit the waterfalls in the area or fish in the Pemigewasset River from your backyard (permit required)!

Downtown Lincoln is only a few minutes down the road where you can find shopping, restaurants, wine tastings, and more. The town of Woodstock is just 15 minutes away where there are even more shops, restaurants, and the Woodstock Inn Brewery.

Main Living level: Views of the Pemigewasset River. Two different access points to the wrap-around deck via sliding glass doors. Beautiful kitchen with eat in island (seating for 3) and dining table (seating for 6). Kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, Thermador oven and range, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and other essentials. Living room which includes floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace and wet bar. Wet bar includes wine fridge, glassware (for inside and outside entertaining), Keurig coffee maker, and Tassimo coffee/espresso maker.

Upper Level: Bedroom with full size bed and TV (with local TV, cable networks, and streaming capabilities). Living space with 65” TV (equipped with local TV, cable networks, and streaming capabilities), books, games/puzzles, and additional seating/dining areas.

Top Level: Queen bedroom with TV (with local TV, cable networks, and streaming capabilities) and views of the Pemi River. Hallway access to full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Air Conditioning: The home has mini split AC units in each bedroom as well as in the main living area. The units may not be seen in the listing photos as they have been recently added.

Outdoor space: Large stone patio with fire pit and seating on the riverbank. Large wrap-around deck with grill, seating/dining options, and gorgeous views of the Pemigewasset River. There is an outdoor dining table that seats 6 and a high-top dining table that seats 4. The deck has stairs from the living room/kitchen level of the house going down to the fire pit and river.

Parking/Garage: There is room for 4 parked cars on the property - 3 outside and 1 in the attached garage. Or choose to use the garage for storage for your outdoor recreational item(s). The garage is equipped with ski racks on the wall.

We have one security camera facing out to the porch/street from the attic space of the house. It will be on during your stay.
