Two bedrooms equipped with a double bed, spacious furniture and two full bathrooms. Spacious living room with comfortable sofa and table for four. Nice balcony with a hammock and a good view of the horizon. Kitchen and laundry integrated and well equipped with appliances (stove, refrigerator, washing machine) and utensils (set of crockery, cutlery, blender, clothesline).
Very comfortable apartment. Located on the last lane of Av. Vasco da Gama before Lucaia which is a crossroads between Rio Vermelho, Horto-Brotas, Av. ACM, Av. Garibaldi and Av. Vasco da Gama.
The address is erroneously classified as Engenho Velho by the Post Office, however the region where the apartment is located is a special area of the capital, very close to the Barra / Ondina circuit, 500 meters from Largo da Mariquita, close to the beaches, Barra , the center and sights of Salvador.
