About this property

You will love staying in the property on your next vacation! North Tower #1003 is located on the 10th floor and has the most amazing views of the Waterway, Barefoot Landing and the City! This large 3BR has plenty of space for your family or friends to enjoy! The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a great dining area to enjoy your meals if you feel like cooking. The living room has been recently updated with new furniture and there are new floors throughout. The living room area is comfortable and has balcony access with amazing views. There is a large flat screen TV to enjoy your favorite shows. There is also a DVD player if you like to watch movies. The building has free WiFi available for your use.

The primary bedroom suite has a new king bed and also has balcony access. The primary bathroom is large with a soaking tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a new queen bed with a large bathroom as well. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and the 3rd bathroom is in the hallway. There are flat screen TVs in every bedroom.

The North Tower has the largest pool in SC and it is right downstairs from the condo. The balcony overlooks the pool area, the Waterway and Barefoot Landing. There is plenty of outdoor seating and tables to enjoy an afternoon cocktail or your morning coffee. Barefoot Landing is a large entertainment area with lots of shops, restaurants and attractions such as The House of Blues, Alabama Theater and Alligator Adventure. Enjoy a glass of wine at Duplin Winery or a great meal at Flying Fish. There are fireworks every Monday night in the summer and you can watch them right from the property.

Barefoot Resort has 4 Championship Golf Courses if you enjoy playing. There is also a driving range onsite as well as a couple of restaurants. Ask us about tee times! This location is perfect for enjoying all the attractions in the area and is right down the street from the beach. There is a free shuttle that runs in the summer every hour that will take you to the beach and back. We will provide a schedule to you at arrival.

All Guests must be 25 or older to book & stay!! A responsible Adult over the age of 25 MUST be present at all times!

Wonderful Golf Trip

Pool Pass Nightmare

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our was great with the exception of the handling of access to the pool. We called the office on the way back from golf (after 5pm) and requested info on accessing the pool and we were told that nothing was required. When we went to the pool, they refused to let us in without a pool pass. Frustrated, we went elsewhere. The day of checkout, the staff insisted that we had a pool pass and failed to return it. Of course we did not, but the staff member trust her log book more that me and insisted I had one. Not the way guests should be treated. The whole mess was sorted out days later when another tenant checked out and returned the pool pass we were accused of having.

Our delayed vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After having to cancel another trip due to Covid, we were so happy to be back to MB. The staff was excellent and easy to deal with. The condo is great in size and the rooms are large. The kitchen is equipped with great appliances. The bathrooms are very nice. HOWEVER, we were all so disappointed in the beds and linens. The mattresses in all 3 bedrooms are very uncomfortable. All our backs were hurting at the end of the week and the linens are awful. Our overnight at the Holiday Inn on the way home had beautiful linens, soft and super great beds. Overall, on a scale of 1 to 10, this unit is a 10!! Great views, gorgeous pool, super location but the beds and linens are a minus 2!! Don't buy a refrigerator worth thousands and have terrible bedding. I will not stay in this unit again, just because of that reason. It's way way way too much money to not have a good nights sleep.

Family Vacation Week 2021

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at this location a few times now. I love the view and the location. The units are well stocked but beds are not very comfortable. Last year the beds were not comfortable in another unit. I can deal with the beds and still enjoy my stay there but the POOL is a different story. This location is listed as having the largest pool and Myrtle Beach. The pool looks great but it closes at six every day. As a mother of four kids the pool is their highlight and it’s impossible to do something during the day and get dinner and have time for them to swim by six. Also the staff at the pool are not very friendly and very aggressive. I was at the pool less than two hours and I was asked three times if someone could check my bag. Once when I came in, once when I went to the restroom and once when I was leaving... Also the fact that kids cannot even throw a football or have a float in the water is absolutely ridiculous. So we cancel a day of activities so we can spend the day in the pool only for the kids to get bored within an hour because they can have none of the pool toys that we brought in the pool. Along with all the other people staying there I paid a lot of money for a weeks vacation to not be able to enjoy the pool. Again I love this place I can deal with uncomfortable bad because of the view and location but the pool rules are ridiculous and I’m not sure I’ll pick this location next year because of that.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travel to N myrtle often. Love the yacht club location. This was our first time with this unit great view very clean and was recently renovated. Unfortunately owners did not upgrade TVs no streaming available. The beds were new again unfortunately seems as this is where the tried to keep cost down mattresses are low budget and felt as if u were sleeping on springs. We actually left our vacation early due to poor sleep. Would have given 5 stars if the beds were at least mediocre.

Had a great time

The place was beautiful. Everyone was friendly. We was upset cause the pool closed at 6pm. The pool was one reason we got this location. The beds was really hard. But other then those couple things we had a great time.
