You will have this studio apartment all to yourself. This is a well laid out modern studio apartment with balcony. Excellent for anyone wanting the convenience of central Wellington but high enough for a fabulous view.
Ideal for business travellers, weekend getaway or attending a special event. It is within walking distance of Micheal Fowler Center, Opera House, TSB Arena and the big stadium. Close to bus routes, shops and restaurants. 5 min walk to harbour. Parking is available in the Wilson’s car park located on the corner of Ghuznee and Victoria Street, 2 mins walk from the property. Use the ParkMate app for cheaper car park rates. Free Street parking available between 8pm - 8am.

Super comfortable stay in great location!
The host sent detailed instructions for the check in which were easy to follow. The apartment had all the amenities I needed. The bed was super comfy and the building quiet. The location was central and near to lots of food and shopping options. Would definitely stay again.

Nice quiet apartment with easy access to central city, restaurants and bars. Well appointed with everything u need for a stayaway weekend. Photos online gave the impression the apartment was bigger.

Perfect overall
The apartment is not big, but for one person it was ideal. It had everything I needed and was nicely positioned to walk (even in the rain) to Massey University and Te Papa and supermarkets. Clean and tidy, a nice washing machine. Nothing wrong. I was relieved when I figured out which was the right place to get the key because it was dark by the time I arrived, and I felt a bit vulnerable, but once that was sorted, everything was really good.

Perfect central city pad
Excellent for 1 person or a couple. Everything you need for a long or short stay. Full Kitchen, plus a laundry. Has added bonus of outdoor balcony and on the 9th floor so you don’t feel hemmed in. Building is easy, safe with fast lifts. Manager was excellent with communication. Highly recommend.

Great location
The studio is compact but well-appointed and in a great location, close to central Wellington amenities and bus services. Very easy to get around from here. The bed is comfortable with cotton sheets and the shower is great. Given its central location, it’s quiet. We booked for ten nights and, while there is a washer/drier, a couple of extra towels and a change of sheets would be a nice touch for guests staying longer than a week. A bodum or percolator which makes two cups of coffee and a kitchen knife to cut bread and verges would be great additions to an otherwise pretty good kitchenette. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Thank you Sarah for accomodating our late request for extra nights.

Sarah the property manager made our stay between our new apartment being finished the most simple process. Such good communication, cleanliness was outstanding and the best host we could ask for! Thanks for being so accomodating and cannot recommend Sarah enough. We needed to extend a few times and Sarah made this a no fuss and easy process. Will 100% be back!
