Shade sail for comfort over outside picnic bench can easily be removed with pulley system if desired. Washer/Dryer in utility room and 1/2 bath. The roomy master bedroom is on other side of the home with private balcony, smart tv, double vessel sink, 2 person shower and jacuzzi tub for soaking with walk in closet. Central Air conditioning throughout and ceilings fans in the every room. Surround sound system in living room with 65" smart TV. Private chef available upon request for additional fees with regular, dairy free or gluten free menu options.
Outdoor space includes private fenced parking and the backyard for eating crabs on the picnic table or enjoying the fire pit at night under the stars. The bulkhead has steps that led into the water for launching the kayaks or floating in tubes which are provided along with beach towels seasonally.
*Please note there is a completely separate apartment on the ground floor of this home with no common inside access that is available for rent. Occasionally I stay down there or my family or it's rented so please ask me about the details if needed or ask about renting for extended family gatherings.

There are multiple state parks close by for hiking and biking and you can rent canoes and boats near by in the North East. This home is located next to the local marina for easy access to your boat if available or you can anchor out in front. Arrangements made with marina.
