location assez grande, mais un coup de rafraichissement serait a prévoir. stores assez difficiles a descendre et a monter il serait souhaitable de les graisser pour qu'il fasse moins de bruit. de la peinture qui s'écaille sur les murs dans la cuisine et au plafond dans la chambre et plusieurs taches sur les murs. Cela reste une bonne location et ne nuis pas au séjour.

Mon séjour de 4 semaine à Ker Lann a été parfait à tous points de vue: -Un accueil chaleureux. Le sentiment d'être attendue. Communication avec la propriétaire très aisée. -L'ameublement de l'appartement est très agréable. -Ker Lann est bien situé. C'est facile de faire les courses à pieds en ville, quand on, comme moi, arrive par avion et train. -La vue est magnifique. J'ai eu le droit au beaux couchers du soleil quasiment tous les soirs. -Des magnifiques promenades autour du Cap et des plages tous les jours dans une nature unique. Sur le plan personnel cela m'a fait vraiment plaisir de reséjourner à Ker Lann, car je vivais à Erquy plus de 10 ans dans ma jeunesse, dont les deux dernières années à Ker Lann. J'y reviendrai sûrement.

Appartement bien plaçait pas trop loin du centre et de la plage, rien ne manque idéale pour 2 personnes. Très belle salle de bain, grande chambre spacieuse et surtout vue sur la mer top. Un accueil sympathique chaleureux et une propriétaire très gentille à votre écoute. Merci encore à elle.

Bel appartement confortable et bien situé

Accueil très convivial de la propriétaire avec des spécialités locales gentiment offertes. La résidence est calme et dispose d'un emplacement parking par locataire. Jolie vue du balcon de l'appartement qui est très bien équipé et propre. Enchantée de mon séjour à Erquy ! Je recommande cette location.

L'appartement de Madame Fassier est idéalement situé à proximité du port ,de la plage et du centre.Nous avons été accueillis avec des cadeaux de bienvenue . Madame Fassier est très disponible et fait tout pour vous être agréable .L'appartement est très bien agencé, très bien équipé, la chambre est assez grande .Nous avons profité du balcon pour prendre nos repas à l'extérieur en contemplant la mer.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour alternant baignades , visites et randonnées (nombreuses, faciles et très variées ) Vacances à renouveler....
