Park living at your doorstep! This beautifully remodeled home offers the ideal location on Bidwell Park, just minutes from Downtown Chico. With our central location, you can be anywhere in Chico within minutes. This private home allows a relaxing space with all the comforts yet you can be at the creek behind you under 75 foot trees in a minute (or 2). All the amenities you need to truly feel at home: fully stocked kitchen, including coffee and tea, washer and dryer in unit, TVs in both rooms, extra towels and toiletries in bathrooms, Your host is always on call for assistance as well!

Comfortable and Great Location!

This was my second stay at the modern treehouse. It’s very clean and cozy, the location is close to everything in Chico, the French press and washer/dryer are pluses. I look forward to my next stay!

This is a very comfortable place to stay and so clean! Close to Bidwell Park for nice walks and central to lots of dining options. I will definitely stay again! Owners are very responsive as well.

Absolutely LOVED staying at this property. Perfect for two people and right next to the park was lovely for multiple walks. The bikes were more than appreciated and helped us get around town! Going out to eat was super easy and it’s not too far from campus either so we were able to visit the UV. Cannot wait to come back!!

Excellent little getaway.

Great location, quiet, clean, all around great property. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The place is nicely stocked with the necessatities and it is also very comfortable. I really enjoyed riding one of the bikes around town and the park. Definitely will return.

Look no further, the treehouse is the BEST:)

We have been coming to Chico every year to participate in the "Wildflower" bike ride. This by far has been our best stay. It's location is actually at the beginning of the route. As well, as a superb proximity to Bidwell park and downtown. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Great Getaway

I really enjoy staying at this property. It wasn't available the first night I needed and other VRBOs were but I booked one night at a hotel just to wait. It is right at the park which is a great place for walks, bike rides, etc. Easy to get to all places in Chico. I find the place very clean, comfortable, and the owners are very responsive (if needed).
