About this property

Villa Perraki - Limestone and marble accented villa on Rochari Beach

Villa Perraki, a limestone and marble accented villa with breathtaking views, overlooks the pristine waters of Rochari beach and is located a short ride (or hike) away from picturesque Panormos. Combining Cycladic minimalist aesthetic with contemporary luxury, Villa Perraki is the ideal island getaway for a blissfully relaxing holiday in the Aegean.

Enjoy the privacy of Villa Perraki by reserving the entire complex, consisting of 5 independent apartments, which can accommodate up to 17 people. Ideal for large groups, events and corporate retreats!!

Villa Perraki includes Villa Aeolus (sleeps 4), Villa Eurus (sleeps 2), Villa Boreas (sleeps 4), Villa Notus (sleeps 4) and Villa Zephyrus (sleeps 3). A jacuzzi, two BBQ grills, spacious patio arrangements, a private chapel, and parking for up to 8 vehicles are also available at the villa.

Rochari, Tinos:
Rochari is one of the most exclusive beaches of Tinos, where a beach bar offers relaxing vibes during the day, followed by the serene sounds of the waves and the wind at night. Panormos has a great selection of restaurants, taverns and cafés, and a mini-market for everyday essentials.

Five miles away you will find the magnificent village of Pyrgos: the homeland of marble-sculptors. Visit the unique museum of Marble Crafts, the residence of the famous sculpture Yannoulis Halepas, and enjoy long walks in its narrow streets, where each house is a piece of art! From local homemade delicacies to natural beauty products, visitors will find a small Cycladic marvel for every taste in the traditional shops of Pyrgos. Follow the stone paved streets to find the sycamore in the main square and enjoy your coffee or beverage under its shadow.

Getting around:
We strongly recommend our guests to arrange for a vehicle, so they can explore the beauties of our island. Private parking spots are available for guests only.

I was born and raised in Greece, but now I live in the U.S. My great passion is traveling; I have visited more than 50 countries, and I enjoy exploring new destinations, meeting people and learning more about their culture!

From all the places I have visited, Greece has a special place in my heart! I always try to be somewhere in the Aegean in summertime, for as long as possible!! It will be my pleasure to host you, help you discover the beauties of Tinos, and reciprocate the genuine hospitality I have received so far from my travels!

I give my guests space but am available when needed. Whether it is fresh towels, driving directions or dinner recommendations, we are just a phone call away to offer you any help you need during your stay.
