Great Stay

We had a great time and enjoyed enough space for our adult children and their partners. Conveniently located minutes to beaches and not far from other towns. Had great meals and thoroughly enjoyed. Host was great!

Idyllic vacation setting

Loved the home and easy access to the beach. The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful. Thank you for the use of the bikes- it made our daily beach trips quick and easy.

Wonderful!

This home is by far the nicest VRBO that we have ever rented! Beautiful house in a gorgeous location. Short walk/bike ride to a nice beach. The owners have thought of everything….comfortable furniture and beds, well equipped kitchen, gas grill, bikes and beach toys…anything you could need for a fabulous vacation.

Family wedding weekend

We had a family wedding at the ocean edge resort. The house was only a 5-8 minute car ride. We were a family of eight adults. (4 boys in their 20s). The house had plenty of room. Walking distance to the beach, very clean, great layout. Jen and Alex were very quick to respond to our questions. Great weekend in the Cape.

Brewster family vacation

Beautiful Cape home. House was more like an home than a vacation rental. Our multigenerational family had plenty of room and outdoor space. The whole house was well stocked with supplies and beach playthings. Would definitely return.

Perfect Setting

We very much enjoyed our multi-generation vacation at this home. The easy access to the beach, dining and activities made it a great spot for keeping different ages happy. The house was clean, comfortable with a lovely space for kids to play and outdoor dining. Hope to return!

Lovely Stay

This is a beautiful property in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood. The house is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The bikes provided were perfect for the short ride to either of the close bay-side beaches or just to ride around town. The outside patio is so nice, private and quiet! When it rained, we all enjoyed the covered breezeway area so we could still enjoy the outside. We love to cook so took full advantage of the grill outside and all the tools in the kitchen. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the bedding/linens provided were perfect and the central AC was amazing during our hot week on the Cape. Overall, my family of 4 loved this property and look forward to coming back again!

Fantastic!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation which included my husband & our 3 young adult children! This was our first stay here but we had such a fabulous experience I’m sure we will be back! Our family has been coming to this neighborhood in Brewster for the past 35 years and this is the first time we have rented a home that I did NOT have to clean upon my arrival….. the entire place was immaculate inside & out! The home is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, the owner really thought things out & made great efforts to get this place perfectly in order…the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials & has very good quality dishes, glasses, pots, casserole dishes.. etc.. The furniture is all clean & comfortable, the bed mattresses were all very comfortable & had pillows, mattress covers, & sheet sets that all appeared to be new and of very good quality. There is a nice outdoor patio area with a seating couch, table & chairs, & a grill.. the outdoor yard has very nice plantings on all four sides & is beautifully maintained. There are plenty of beach chairs, beach cart, sand toys, bikes… all of which we used & greatly appreciated. The neighborhood is amazing.. very quiet & nice for riding bikes, taking walks to the General Store, Scoops for ice cream, & very close to the gorgeous bayside beach! This owner really knows what they are doing and has thought of everything to make your vacation comfortable & enjoyable! We highly recommend!

We had the best stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house had everything you could need and was in the cutest, quietest little neighborhood. We really enjoyed our walks to the beach in the morning! The beds were also so comfortable and the house was plenty big for the 11 of us. I would definitely stay here again with my family!

Perfect base for a long weekend

We were on the Cape for our daughter's soccer tournament for the long weekend. The house was clean, well-stocked, and spacious for our family of 5. Comfortable beds and living area. Grandma enjoyed walking to the beach. The kids loved walking out during low tide. Hosts easy to reach and were accommodating when we found out we had to stay longer than we had thought for the games. We all had a great time and hope to be back next year!

Great place by the beach

This was our second time staying at this house. We enjoyed staying so close to the beach. The house has a big yard that our kids enjoyed playing in and they offer lots of amenities like bikes and a grill. The house has enough parking to easily fit 3 or 4 cars. All of the rooms are good size and the beds are comfortable. We would go back again!

Great experience!

Went to the Cape for a multigenerational family trip. Had a great stay at this wonderful property! House was exactly like the listing and perfect for 5 adults and 1 child. Great location, very comfortable, and stocked with lots of useful items for indoors and outdoors. We hope to make it back as a family for another trip at some point in the future!

Perfect!!

Property was perfect for our family vacation. There was more than enough room for our crew of 8 adults. Plenty of comfortable lounging space. Beds were were super comfy with extra blankets. Everything we needed was in the house. Bikes, beach chairs & garage fridge were a bonus. Loved riding bikes to the beach! Outdoor shower was great, too. Central location made it easy do everything we planned on the cape. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay. The house is a close walk to several Brewster beaches. My family made use of the bikes and the kayaks. Everything was clean, tidy, and perfectly set up upon our arrival. We hope to visit again!

Beautiful house in nice neighborhood

Stayed here with family for a long weekend to attend my daughter’s wedding in Brewster. We were very happy with the accommodations as the house and yard are beautiful. I am very happy that I was able to stay there. Due to other activities planned as well as 1 day that rained we weren’t able to make full use of the amenities such as bikes. My only recommendation would be to have Tips on going to the local beaches and local restaurants.

A perfect Cape getaway!

We loved the location and overall space this rental provided. It was a perfect setting for our group to relax, enjoy the local beach, and easy distance to the Brewster downtown area. The bikes and beach gear was a special bonus to enjoy the scenery. Loved it, and a great size spot for 7 adults.

Amazing

This was our second time staying at this house. We love the house, neighborhood and nearby beaches. The owner is very responsive and kind. The beaches near the house are perfect for kids given the shallow waters of the bay at low tide, it’s so fun to watch them explore. There are bikes at the house so we would use our car to drive everything down and then my husband would bike back. Loved our vacation here!

Lovely early Summer stay!

I will echo other reviews and report- can't beat this neighborhood and location! I found this property super clean and well-maintained. As seen in photos, there is a balanced mix of updated features (range, windows, lighting, electrical hardware) with some original charm (pickled cabinets, washer/dryer, wood floors) The furnishings are basic yet very comfortable, including beds. Things to note : Both baths are in hallways, no en suites. Has standard Coffee maker (filters provided but no coffee). The largest room with King bed is upstairs. Only negative (in my opinion) in comparison to other rentals in same or lesser price point- all bed linens are microfiber. Easy fix if driving there or room in your luggage!

Came Back for More

We had rented this property in November 2020 and enjoyed it so much (cozy despite the cool and cloudy weather) that we decided to revisit this October. The weather was spectacular --sunny and 70s every day--and the house did not disappoint. What we love about it is that it is "simplified." What I mean is that there is everything you could possibly need to be comfortable AND every room is tastefully and comfortably furnished and uncluttered, which makes it even more comfortable and inviting. We are already talking about a return visit.
