Very good

Location: walkable to eateries, train stations. Close to bus stops. Walkable to some major shrines / temples.
Pros: lovely Hsosbese garden, nice separation of space and rooms, lovely bath out back.
Space: 2 single beds and 2 futons (I believe more futons can be had, we had 4 people in our group)
Entry area. Front door is lock code which is good for access. Front kitchen area, eating riom with cushions, external bathroom. Internal toilet ground floor. Second floor two bedrooms and another toilet.
Cons: beds are very hard. Futons were better. Room with beds faces onto main road, lots of loud traffic and police sirens at night, bring ear plugs!!
Very clean and nice house, main reason did 4?star review is hard beds and road noise.
Communication is in Japanese, however emails could be translated with Google translate.
Cons: 2 beds
