Awesome 4th Floor Unit!! King Master & Private Bunkroom & Two Full Baths

Beautiful Ocean Front 'C' floor plan with King Master Suite and private bunk-room (with door) with two full bathrooms. UNBELIEVABLE view of the pool and ocean from Living Room and Master Bedroom. Large balcony ready to sit out and enjoy your afternoon cocktails while checking out the gorgeous pool area and beautiful ocean view. Tile floors throughout (except carpet in the Master Bedroom) Stainless Steel Appliances and private bunk room for the kids to hide away with TV and DVD player. NO ELEVATORS from the parking deck...RESERVED space on the same floor as our GORGEOUS 4th floor unit. It is a quick walk down the stairs to the pool and beach if you don't want to wait on elevators. We are so excited to offer our unit for you to have the 'Vacation of your Dreams'!!! Amenity fee's are not included in pricing. The owners have no control over these fee's as they are required by the Shores of Panama HOA. Paying the fee allows you access to the pool, beach, hot tub and other amenities. The concierge office in the lobby will issue 6 armbands & one parking pass for our unit and the total cost ( not per person) $95. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.

Beautiful Place

Great resort with a beautiful pool area and a spectacular beach. It was a fantastic trip! We saved money using the kitchen frequently which made it so much nicer than staying at a hotel. I highly recommend it!

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation! The 4th floor was perfect and the views were amazing. The condo was clean and so pretty. The property manager was great to work with for any questions i had. Would definitely stay here again.

Happy Holidays @ the Beach!

Our family had a great time in this property! Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Location to parking garage, being on the same level was VERY convenient! Views were great and being on the 4th floor was perfect. The condo itself was big and clean! We had a great time!!

High Rise

We usually stay in low rise condos. The beach was very crowded and fortunately we were on the fourth floor and could take the stairs. We prefer smaller resorts. The location was handy, we could walk to the store and restaurants.

Clean, parking garage on 4th level same as condo unit so didn't have to deal w/the elevators much. Perfect place if you have kids. Condo was great, staff was rude except the bartenders at the pool

Weekend getaway

The views were amazing! The condo looks just like the pictures provided. We didnt have any problems with the condo or checking in. The only downfall was the parking spots, we had a full size truck park beside us and it was hectic trying to get in and out of car/ parking spot. If it wasnt a full size truck, it would've been ok. Other than that, everything was great!!

Senior week

Towel bar in master bath falls off the wall with any touch, curtains over balcony door have long tear in hem. The bottom shelf in the refrigerator is broken. None of these hampered our stay.

4th trip to the Shores of Panama..We love the family oriented atmosphere and the relaxing pool area with palms. The easy access to the beach is also ideal and provides you the option to change it up day to day. We had a nice and clean condo fully furnished with all the essentials. Just a short drive to the store to load up with the weeks groceries. Owner kept the price at an affordable price despite the ridiculous inflation we are all experiencing. Much appreciated!!! Fantastic week but there is no place like home. O-H!!!!

Glad for the last minute booking

We stayed in this condo last year, so we lucked out to get it again. The owner answered right away when we had an issue checking into the condo. Overall, the condo was well equipped (except crab leg crackers. :)). It just needs a little update with the outdoor cushions and it would be perfect!

Beautiful condo on the beach

Very nice condo in a great location. The resort, room and beach were all very nice.The reserved parking spot was a little snug on each side and would probably be ok if you are in a mid size or compact car but there isn’t much room on either side, however it is conveniently located on the 4th floor. The owner/host was also very nice and helpful and responded to messages quickly. It is a very big resort and the elevators can be hard to get during busy times. Thankfully we were only on the 4th floor so we could just use the stairs to go to the beach. The Lady at the concierge’s desk when we checked in was nice but some of the staff there are not overly friendly. All in all, the weather was nice and we had a great time. I would stay here again.

PCB but not for me

The beds are fairly comfortable and the balcony is nice and big. This has to be a business rental and it shows in the lack of attention to detail. For what it costs the big appliances should all function properly, the small appliances should be clean and the towel racks should be actually attached to the wall. The second bedroom barely has room to walk beside the bed. The photographer did a great job but we will not be back.

Parking was terrible, the spaces provided were too small and my car was hit by the car parked beside mine. The staff wasn't very friendly and too strict. Elevators were a nightmare . Our room was clean but not cleaned good. We didn't have dishes/untinsels needed to cook , there were no dish rags/towels. Drawers in kitchen and bathroom kept sticking and getting off track. We still had a great trip, just wished these things had been different.

Great family place with awesome pool & ocean views

The unit was clean & comfortable. Loved the balcony with amazing ocean views! The super close beach access & the ocean is AWESOME! Lots of options to rent chairs & umbrellas all set up $45 a day. Note, there’s an $85 fee you have to pay at check in. The pool only goes to 5 ft, but it’s clean & huge! My son & husband are on the autism spectrum & noise is a big trigger. If you have a similar situation, know they play music at the pool all the times. The only big criticism I have is the parking deck is too small & people drive nuts. We have an f-150 & scratched it up badly because the deck too narrow to make the wide turns needed. We eventually started taking Ubers because getting in and out was so miserable. Take a small car & you should be fine.

Awesome Condo!!

Wow...what can I say? Amazing from the minute you walk through the door. We loved being on the 4th floor with such easy access from the same floor in the parking deck right to the unit. Our family planned a very last minute trip to the Panama City Beach and were excited to find such a beautiful condo. We loved the artwork and the huge big screen t.v. for inside time. The condo was spotless & beautifully decorated. Kitchen is fully equipped with anything you will need with all the dishes, glasses & silverware. Comfy beds with a beautiful large Master with private bath and great double/twin bunk with bathroom for the kids. The terrace is spacious and we loved spending tons of time enjoying the views with our morning coffee & evening cocktails! The furniture is super comfy & stylish. We can’t come up with anything negative. Bruce was super easy to communicate with & responded quickly. We absolutely loved our stay!!

Fall Break

We had a great mini Fall Break getaway. The condo was just like it is listed. Very clean and nice. The view is GREAT! Elevators are very slow so we used the stairs and being on the 4th floor allowed for that. Parking spot is right by the entrance to the floor. Drive your smallest car because the parking space is very tight. Host was wonderful. He answered all questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again!
