Brand new luxury townhouse walking distance to Langtree Mall and Restaurants. Build was completed Dec-2019 so is brand new!! Quality built, there are 3 BR (2 with queen beds and one with two singles) and each has a ceiling fan. Beautiful kitchen and generous pantry. Two living areas including a open dining living off the kitchen. Two bathrooms including a large 1800mm bath in the common bathroom. Reverse cycle zoned air conditioning and heating. Outdoor under-cover patio with 4 burner gas barbeque and six seater outdoor setting. Large double carport with rear lane access.
