Host quickly answered all questions for check in. Very clean house, fast working AC, and the property felt safer than a lot of homes in the gebwral downtown area. Bed had a bit of a squeek but was firm and comfortable. Great location for quickly accessing downtown Atlanta.
This was just a cute little place. It was small but very roomy and cozy and there was plenty of space. Check-In was very easy. Check out was just as easy. I had my own parking spot right out front. I just took a Lyft to my conference to save on parking troubles downtown.
It was very quiet. Surrounded by woods so it's really private. They had ring cameras and lights out front. I would definitely stay again.

NO COMMUNICATION/NO CHECK IN
I was supposed to check in 4pm Friday. I did not receive check in information until 2:37am Saturday. I tried contacting the owner through chat and received no answer. I tried calling and was sent straight to voicemail. I contacted VRBO corporate and they could not reach him either. I sat in the driveway for almost an hour trying to get information to check in. VRBO had to send me to a hotel. The owner finally sent an email with checkin instructions not even acknowledging the fact that it was sent almost 12 hrs late. Hopefully they will refund my stay. I should have followed my gut and not booked this placed.

Clean and quiet
I was very happy with the rental. It fit our need. Upon entrance I was a bit nervous of the rental. Surrounding houses set me back but this property was good. It was quiet and clean. Communication was not the best at first. I rented the property 2 months in advance and had asked a question to the owners using the email on the website with no response so the day of when I had not received an email with directions how to enter the property I called, which I was happy to get an immediate response and communication after was spot on. A code to enter the property was easy and convenient. There were some items that hadn’t been restocked like seasonings but that’s not a big thing. Just overlooked. The stove was tiny so it made it difficult after cooking where to place hot items. Used a pot holder to ensure not to burn up the pan. There were no kitchen towels so handwashing was a challenge had to use bath towels. Maybe one just use the dishwasher to clean but when you need immediate use of an item one wants to hand wash. When I went searching I wanted a place with a hot tub and this pulled in the search. The owner never responded to confirm. It did not have a hot tub which was fine just wanted confirmation from owner and not sure why this place was pulled in the search.
Our stay here was nothing less than wonderful! Just as pictured, the tiny house was super cute, with plenty of space for my adult daughter and myself. Everything was clean and orderly. We both truly enjoyed our stay in this cozy space. It will be our go-to place whenever we visit Atlanta.

Two cousins in our 70s really enjoyed this house. Though tiny, it has everything we needed. Our only complaints were the lack of comestibles in the kitchen -- there's a spice rack but no salt or pepper. Other rentals I've used had staples such as S&P, cooking spray/oil, sugar, coffee, tea bags, etc. Not critical, just disappointing. The other issue was the lack of label on the water faucet in the shower. The H/C isn't intuitive.
We liked the neighborhood and felt safe. We loved the screen porch and would have used it in better weather. Would definitely stay there again.
Host cancelled our reservation an hour before checkin !! After driving 8 hours! They didn’t even have the respect decency to call us to let us know even though I had called them at 2:15 to ask if we could checkin early! No one should reserve from these hosts!
This tiny house was perfect for what we needed for our Atlanta trip! Everything was easy to get to, 15 minutes away from the Aquarium, which was our primary goal, and Walmart was only 7 minutes away, making grocery shopping easy. The house itself was gorgeous, very modern and sleek. We had everything we needed in terms of appliances, dishes, and kitchenwares. We didn’t need to really use the laundry machines for our stay, but it was nice to know they were there! The balcony was lovely to eat breakfast on, with a great tree line view. The stay felt nice and private.

It was a nice quiet location, everything was very clean and in working order. All the amenities if a small kitchen if you need to cook. Shower was beautiful.
for a tiny house this was spacious and well acquipped! i enjoyed every minute of my stay and the location was secluded and minutes from the city. 10/10 would stay again! also the hosts were so wonderful
This was my first time renting through Vrbo. But needless to say, I’m glad I decided to check it out. Delantie & Chelsea have a fabulous tiny home just waiting to be rented out!! It’s absolutely perfect in every way.
We had no issues, only thing that bothered us was we found a few hairs that did not belong to us on the floors, they got stuck to our socks. But this was really nothing for us to fret about. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, silverware. Never had that in any homes I’d rented out in the past, we always had to buy paper.
The only other thing I’d recommend is to have extra blankets!! There was only one extra blanket in the house, and because it’s a tiny home, it cools down very very quickly!
Thank you for a great stay Delantie & Chelsea! We’ll be back :)
The place of stay was in a nice location, it was well equipped, somewhat modern, and cozy. The issues were some of the amenities and areas of the rental were dirty/unkempt, needs better attention. Also there are residents upstairs who can be quite loud especially during the night to as late as 2AM. Overall, an okay stay. Reasonably priced.
