The five bedrooms villa that laid on a side of green rice fields in Tiying Tutul village in Canggu. The property actually offer two separated villas, 3 Bedroom Casa Margarita and 2 Bedroom La Casita. The villas built on concept of mix modern and Balinese style interior and exterior.

The villas are available as one, two and three bedroom villas or as a whole five bedroom villa depending on our guest needs.

The 3 bedroom Casa Margarita offered two (2) King size bedroom with en suite shower and toilet on the ground floor and one (1) Master bedroom on the second floor with en suite bath tub, shower and toilet. An open space kitchen and living room facing the 645 square feet swimming pool is the place where breakfast prepared and served daily. Open air shower next to the swimming pool, Balinese gazebo and a barbecue facility are provided to complete your vacation.

The 2 bedrooms Las Casitas has two (2) King size bedroom with en suite shower and toilet. Las Casitas also featured an open space kitchen with living room, Balinese gazebo outdoor shower and Swimming pool.

Guest will enjoy our large size bedroom with king size bed and attached bathroom. Bedroom size is approximately 270 square feet and Bathroom size is about 160 square feet. Big size wardrobe is an addition to exceed his or her need of space. A save deposit box, air conditioner, universal plug, extension cord are available in each room. 3 Mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi will help you to stream any movie online for the whole time on any corner of the villa.

In addition to the villas, a well maintained tropical green garden, fresh breeze from the surrounding rice fields and nature sounds will always accompany our guests relaxing time at our villas.

There are many relaxing yet fun things to do nearby our villa, famous Canggu beach are only less than 10 minutes ride, guest may arrange taxi or rent motorbike by themself or let us provide it for you, and the villa phone is free to use to call taxi or any additional service you require, or please ask our friendly staff to help. Tanah Lot temple, Horseback riding, fancy restaurant or nice vibe local “Warung” is reachable in less than 20 minutes; please do make inquiry if you need any assistant, though we already list all of those things in our villa directory.

Pool fence, Baby Cot, Extra bed is available at an extra cost, please make 48 hours advance request for this items.

Any other services like laundry and dry cleaning, massage, car rental and motorbike rental can be arranged with an extra cost, please make at least 24 hours advance request.
