This is a spacious 4 bedroom/3 bathroom （we also have a queen size air mattress with sheets/blankets/towels for up to 10 guests) home with a private sparkling pool (not heated) in back yard. The location is close enough to all the action but far enough away to really have your own space away from the hustle of Las Vegas. Home away from home

This home felt as if it was home away from home. It was very roomy, and the beds were very comfortable . Ken would respond back promptly. This home had everything we needed during our stay. Thank you for a great comfortable stay we’ll definitely book again.

Work Stay

Great place to stay if in town for a couple of weeks for work! Also worked well with others working with. Enough room to spread out! Will consider it again for next year! Great place for families as well!

Perfect Location in Las Vegas

This property is clean with comfortable beds. The owner was a delight to work with. We loved the location. Several grocery stores nearby, 20 minutes from the airport, easy drive to Red Rock Canyon. We hope to be back to this rental next year! Thanks!

Our stay was great. Accommodations were perfect for our family of 9. The house was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Location is great, near the strip, stores and restaurants around the corner. Ken is an awesome host, quick to respond to any questions or needs you have. The patio is wonderful, though we couldn't enjoy due to the weather. Thank you Ken for your hospitality and helping us find "home away from home".....

Family Spring break

The property was perfect for our family of 4. Ken was a great communicator right from the start. He provided us with an added item we inquired about without asking. There was plenty of essential items to get us thru the week that we didn’t have to worry about getting ourselves (not usually the case for other rentals we stay in). House is located in nice neighborhood and was only a 10 min drive to the strip. We loved the house and would definitely book it again!

Decent house w a few issues.

Soon as we arrived at the property we walked the house, as many of us do. There were a few issues that we notified the owner and came out immediately to repair. For the inconvenience, he gave our family lots of pool accessories that our family greatly appreciate. Throughout our stay we noticed that alot of the furniture was very worn-out, drainage in the restrooms we very slow, lastly the kitchen is not well equipt (large pots, mixing bowls, and cookies sheets would have made our stay easier). Overall a great experience. This home has great bones just needs some TLC. Great location to super market and very close to the strip. AC works amazingly!!! We would love to come back to this property again, once upgraded.

Not what was expected

First they put a little sign on the wall next to a step on the stairs that I didn't even notice the first time. Make sure you walk slowly and watch each step walking down the stairs two people fell down the stairs because they are different sizes. You can hear everything in the house. Hardly any items to cook with, toilet paper, or paper towels. Did not provide wash cloths and hand towels to dry hands. When looking to stay at a home away from home you expect some of the home items, but was very low or did not have any.

Thanksgiving Get Away

The neighborhood was very quiet and there was plenty of room for everyone. I thought the home could have been cleaner. But I am a bit of a clean freak. I notice things like baseboards under the the glass sinks. Some of my party suggested that better quality sheets and towels would be nice. The deep bathtub in the master bath was very nice. The guys enjoyed the pool table.

Amazing stay!

The house was great we enjoyed the pool table, kids enjoyed the pool. The fact that the house has a grill it was great we enjoyed a BBQ first day of our stay. Overall amazing! Ken was wonderful, quick to respond with any questions I had. Thank you so much!!

Central Location

I was tasked to find a 4 br/3 bath rental with a pool, in a good location at a fair price. I luckily was able to fill everyone’s wish list with this one. Beds were comfy, it had everything we needed and Ken was super fast getting back with us.

Very clean home with plenty of space

It was great for our group of 8, lots of space to spread out and large enough rooms to be together for dinner, games and catching up. Unfortunately, it was quite cold and we didn't use the pool. The only downside was the dogs barking next door, which often turned on the neighbors outside security light, both of which are outside the MBR window. Other than that, it was a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the strip.
