***CARIBBEAN RESORT IS UNDERGOING CONSTRUCTION THAT IS EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED IN MAY 2025***

Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 3 bedroom suite on the 14th floor is an oceanfront corner unit with huge corner balcony and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The second room offers one queen bed, the third room offers two double beds. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

Overall great

Had a problem with one of the televisions. They responded quickly and repaired it. All of the beds were extremely had. Everyone complained about their back hurting. Didn't get much sleep due to this.

first time to myrtle beach

Condo is as described. spacious, clean, amazing balcony with great sunrise views and ocean view. We had 3 adults and 3 teenagers and had plenty of space. Location is within walking distance to entertainment and stores. pool area is nice and any loud noise is done by 11 pm. Would recommend and plan to return!

Excellent family vacation condo

The property is exactly as the pictures show. The rooms are large giving all of us ample room. We took our 5 kids and there was plenty of room to accommodate us for a week. The property management company is very responsive to any and all communication. We had a problem one day and they immediately acted to solve it. Would definitely stay again!!!

Our first trip to Myrtle beach!

We had a great time! The view was my favorite! Great location and we had all of the supplies for cooking and relaxing that we needed! My kids loved the pools, hot tubs, gym and game room. We had a slight hiccup with the door code on arrival, but the on call representative fixed things in about 30 minutes. We would definitely visit again! Thank you!

Overall the condo was great! The location was within walking distance to restaurants & shopping. The condo was clean and as described in the listing. Beautiful view of the beach. Would definitely stay there again!

Great communication before arrival, we knew exactly what to do when we got there. The place smelled and looked very clean. Had everything we needed, from linens to kitchen supplies. The space is great and the resort is very fun for young kids. Would definitely recommend!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the large balcony with awesome views. Only down side was that the pools were crowded from open to close. Wish they offered a time for adults only, even an hour would be really nice.

Nice vacation condo

Location is great, next to Sea Captain’s House, away from other large condos and down the street Broadway at the beach. Condo has basic cooking supplies, games for kids and beds appropriate for kids AND adults. Having the two doubles allows for a child, teen or adult to sleep. I love that there are not twin beds. Very roomy for large family. Lots of stuff for kids and families on the property.

When our family goes on vacation we do not spend much time in the room. The room was pretty clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware which made it easy and convenient for making meals.

Family vacation

I honestly thought the pics online were photoshopped, the view couldnt be that amazing... it is 😀 It was like being on a cruise ship when we were in the master bedroom or in the living room, all we could see was ocean!!!! I will say though we have stayed in a few VRBOs and we are used to dealing directly with the owners, its a little different with a management company. I think this must be just an investment for the owners, they must never stay here, the unit itself needs some touch-ups. If we were only staying a weekend I would have overlooked how FILTHY the front door is but we saw it several times a day for 6 days. I dont know how it got so dirty? Its in a hallway, not exposed to the elements and noone elses door was this dirty. It was the first thing we saw and was instantly hesitant about the rest of the unit until we got inside. The view is what sells it. The interior walls could really use a paint job also, its such a beautiful spot, its a shame I noticed it. The linens are very clean, beds are super comfy, living room furniture is comfy but starting to wear. Shower has amazing water pressure and lots of hot water I would recommend placemats for glass dining room table. The kitchen was missing pot holders and measuring cups, had to go to the dollar store and left them for the next renters. The pots/pans also need replacing I would DEFINITELY rent this again 💗💗💗

Family vacay

This place was overall good. The location is centered around plenty of things. We felt like we needed more time to get to everything! The view of the water from the balcony is awesome. Roomy enough for a family for sure. No infant or kids materials such as a crib or high chair etc. That was inconvenient when travelling with infants. Called the recommended rental facility and they couldnt come out for whatever reason. Plenty of towels and the washer and dryer are conveniently located to help keep things tidy. Overall, a good stay.

The condo was very nice. Miscommunication with the property so checkin was not good. Was never sent the code to get in or any instructions. Had to sit in line for 45 Minutes for nothing. No extra toilet paper or paper towels were provided. Not enough wrist bands. Stayed there were 9 of us and there were only 5 bands.

Beautiful View-Not Marriott Standard

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view- however the property, building and furniture not up to a Marriott standard. We used our points to rent this for a family function. It was definitely disappointing when we walked into the building and even the elevators were dirty. Definitely NOT what was expected as this was down as a “luxury rental”.. it was NOT even close. Not sure you would say there one one LUXURY thing about this rental. The view was gorgeous and that is what we focused on.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying in Myrtle Beach. The area itself reminds me of more of a spring break spot. The condo itself was clean, aside from a few paint touch ups that could be done. The vents needed to be cleaned. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The ocean view was beautiful! However, every single time we opened a balcony door, the smell of pot filled our room. Parking garage is across the street, where there is also a starbucks, ice cream shop, etc. We did not use the pools, as they did not seem the cleanest. The building itself is in need of more routine upkeep: painting, cleaning, maintenance.

Clean unit, great location.

First trip to Myrtle Beach for the family (kids aged 15,8,8,1). We really loved the spacious condo. Plenty of beds and rooms for the 6 of us. The living area and kitchen were clean and nicely decorated. LOVED the view from the balcony and Master Suite. Great sunrise views. The resort itself is fairly well maintained. There are multiple indoor and outdoor pools. Since the weather was fairly chilly still, we mostly enjoyed the indoor pools/hot tubs. The beach was clean also, which was nice. We liked that we were on the North end of the "strip", since it was more quiet than further south. We did walk to the Sky wheel, which took about 35 minutes with 4 kids and a stroller. Very doable. Parking garage is across the street from the hotel, but easy to cross. Garage was clean, seemed safe, and easy to fit a larger vehicle in a spot.Parking in the resort lot is for loading/unloading and was fairly accessible when needed. Condo management was very responsive! Minor issue in the Master bathroom, with the towel rack pulling away from wall. Management responded very quickly and sent out maintenance worker the next day. Unfortunately, the baby was sleeping in that room when he came, but he was understanding and agreed to come back another day to fix. Wasn't fixed during our stay, but would have been. Overall, it was a great stay, and a great first trip to Myrtle Beach. We would love to come back when the weather is warmer, and would definitely like to stay in this unit again!

Disappointing. Fantastic Location was the best part about it.

We have stayed at the Caribbean Resort a dozen or more times over the years, and this time chose to stay through through VRBO, thinking that the unit would be a little nicer if it was owned by someone other than the corporate hotel. It wasn't. But I will give them credit where it's due. Check in was super easy. No waiting in line in the lobby. I was emailed a code ahead of time, and was able to go straight to the room to put in the code and get inside. Simple. It kind of went downhill from there. The parking passes were on the counter, as advised, but the room was hot. I turned down the AC but nothing blew from the vent in the MB. The room itself was identical to the regular hotel rooms, and the towels seemed even thinner. The first night, we were sweating all night. I messaged in the morning and they sent out maintenance the next day. Air got slightly better, but we still bought a fan. The second morning, we had to take cold showers because there was no hot water. We called, they sent maintenance, but then he told us the water is for the whole hotel, so...not sure why they didn't say that rather then send maintenance but whatever. The hotel fixed the problem overnight, and we had hot water the next day. The third day, from roughly 1:30 pm - 6:00 pm there was a jackhammer doing work in the unit above us. Again, not their fault, but still...there was paint peeling on the walls, something dark growing around the ac vents, and the new "covid housekeeping" regulations apparently also mean they can't vacuum the hallway, because there was a broken cracker in front of the unit next door for at least four days. All of that being said, I hate that I didn't like it because the location is great. I love being a mile or so from Broadway, and an easy drive down to the boardwalk. The Shipyard tiki bar is great. The view is great (although the other end of the hotel is better, without another hotel next door). Starbucks across the street is super convenient. But with all that being said, I think we will find a new place next year. But I'll definitely still visit the Shipyard Tiki bar.
