Harbor Island is scenic, quaint and tropical. We are a gated, private island full of amazing beauty and wildlife. Marshmelon is located at 71 Harbour Key Drive, Harbor Island, SC 29920.
The Harbour Key section of the island is a 3 minute peaceful drive or 8 minute bike ride to the beach & pool. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 6 children. The master has a king bed with adjoining full bath with walk in shower. Upstairs, 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed with sitting area & shared large full bath with two sinks. The 3rd bedroom has a Double bed, twin single bed (slightly lofted), twin trundle and double-bed sofa sleeper in sitting area.
The upstairs bedrooms share a full balcony with incredible marsh and sound views, with 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
Enjoy the TV with DVD player in master & upstairs queen bedroom as well as the main living area. Roku with Netflix access to your account. WiFi is included. The library in the loft has two swivel chairs for reading, relaxing, or watching the sunrise.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, service for 10, table seating for 8, screen porch and dining for 4 at the bar counter overlooking the marsh. Enjoy the picturesque views from the swing also on the screened back porch or watch the wildlife from the front porch rocking chairs. Two game rooms are located on the street level with a double basketball hoop game, chess/game table, and board games. Golf cart included!
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

Rates: day pass $25; 2 nights $35; 3 nights $45; 4 nights $55; 5 nights $65; 6 nights $75; 7 nights $85;, 8-30 nights $140; 31-365 nights $215. Starter supplies (1-3 nights) provided of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet tissue, hand soap.
*Please note that golf cart rentals are NOT permitted for renters per the Harbor Island rules. Personal golf carts also can NOT be brought onto the island per the rules.
