If you’re looking for a holiday place that has the comforts of home, elegance of a hotel and a picturesque view, then look no further. This apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Whitianga. It is a 3-10 minute walk to the cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, subway, beach, petrol stations and church. There are 3 large comfortable sofas in the living space to relax on while watching Netflix or Sky channels on the large 75” TV. The apartment is warm with a heat pump and well decorated. The colours of the sofas, cushions, sofa throw, canvas painting, lamps and dining chairs connect with the scenic view. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, dining and cleaning. The Weber bbq was a delight to use and it has prompted me to purchase one for my home. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets/duvet were fresh and warm. Towels, face cloth, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and toilet paper were provided in the apartment. There is a washing machine, washing powder and clothes dryer neatly hidden in a closet space in the bathroom. There is a shared pool and spa inside the complex next to the car park, a gym on the ground floor that’s opened Mon - Sun from 9am - 6pm and an elevator on both entrances to the apartment. The owners Graeme and Jenny were very pleasant and their communication was excellent. They responded immediately to any questions I had before and during my stay. Their instructions on how to access the parking space and apartment were precise. Graeme and Jenny kindly prepared cheese, crackers and sweets at the apartment to welcome my group and I on our arrival. They also messaged me to check if we had arrived safely at the apartment. Their kiwi hospitality makes me more grateful to be living in Aotearoa. Nga mihi Graeme and Jenny! Overall, my experience with the owners and the apartment was brilliant from the beginning to the end. This apartment is the perfect accommodation for a small group of adults or a small family who are looking for comfort and beauty during their stay in Whitianga.
