Beautiful 7 BD oceanfront house with a private pool located on the Golden Mile

THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE EXCLUSIVELY TO FAMILY GROUPS ONLY.

This 7 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom oceanfront home located in southern Myrtle Beach has been recently renovated and features a private pool and magnificent views of the ocean from all over the house. This 2 story home features a private pool, large patio & deck area, gas grill, private beach access with shower, 2 fully equipped kitchens, Wi-fi internet access, and beautiful views of the beach and ocean from many rooms and the upstairs balcony.

This property does not allow any pets, smoking indoors, motorcycles, student groups or ball teams, weddings, or rental to anyone other than family outings.


7 night minimum during the summer months and 3 night minimum during the non-summer months.


HOUSE LAYOUT
Note: You enter house from street side which is actually the 2nd floor.

1ST FLOOR (ground level): small kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, double sinks and island with 4 bar stools; dining room table that seats 6; living room with 50" TV, couch & 2 chairs ; large bonus room with 50" TV, sofa & chairs, full size washer & dryer; bedroom w/ 1 king bed, TV and shares a bathroom with a bedroom w/ 2 queens beds & TV; bedroom w/ 1 double bed, TV that shares a bathroom with bedroom with a bunk bed w/ trundle (3 singles beds) and a TV.

2ND FLOOR (front door): large fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 2 dishwashers, sink, stove/oven, microwave and bar with 8 bar stools; dining room table that seats 8, living room with 50" TV, 2 couches and a chair; and 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and private bathroom in each, TV and private bathroom in each.


PRIVATE POOL
The pool can be heated during the months of March-May and September-November but only when the outside temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees (day or night). If you would like the pool heated when the low temperatures are below 55 degrees a $75 per day pool heating fee would be required to help offset the cost of the excessive gas heating bill.


PARKING

Guests may park a maximum of 6 vehicles at the property which includes the two car garage and ample driveway parking space.

Lovely home
Lovely, spacious home, ideal location, amazing views from both levels of this home. Furnishings inside & out were well kept and comfortable. 2 sets of washer & dryer was great for this family of 14. The kids loved the ocean & beach. Pool is lovely, disappointed couldn’t get temp above 75 degrees. Kids don’t seem to care. Family had a wonderful time. Would recommend to others. Any questions, or minor issues were easily addressed with Jeff.

Golden Mile
The home was spacious in both upstairs and downstairs! Lots of outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the beach. Just a few issues- fruit flies throughout the kitchen. Known issue since fruit fly traps were provided. The second night the downstairs drainage started to back up (toilet and showers) and sockets in the kitchen went out while we were cooking. The home also could have been cleaned a little better. Beds looked like there weren’t made and hair was in one of the beds! Overall it was a good stay to accommodate our large family.

Nice place.
Location was great. Not a lot of people around. King size mattress in the top room with the sliding glass door, needs replaced. It feels like one person slept in the middle of the bed for several years. High chair was dirty. Half bath on top floor need the commode seat replaced. The lid won't stay up. The copper sink in the kitchen is beautiful, but I think the cleaning people need to learn how to properly clean it. It was convenient having 2 washer and dryers.

Family vacation
We take a trip with all of my sisters grandchildren each year and this house was perfect for that. Beautiful view from the balcony. Its location is perfect. Jeff was very easy to communicate with.

Lovely very expensive vacation
Loved the house. Had trouble with the WiFi and cable. It was corrected by day #4.Location remarkable. Skimpy on bath towels. Only one each. I need 2 towels, one for hair and one for body. Myrtle Beach has exorbitant taxes and fees. Wish it wasn’t so expensive so we could return.

Even the weather…
Our family of 13 people including 6 children under 7 years old planned a beach vacation in this beautiful home. The room layout, space, pool and beach availability were perfect! Even the weather as Tropical storm Debby invaded couldn’t spoil our fun. We didn’t get to use the beach as much as planned but we still swam in the rain in the great pool. The house set up of two complete units on upper and lower levels helped separate and entertain the kids when needed. The house manager, Jeff, responded immediately to all questions. We would stay here again!

Great Summer Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our families to spread out, and the house was within walking distance of many attractions. The pool and beach access were perfect for our needs.

15 family members. Ages 3 to 70. This was our 3rd year here and we will book a 4th. As always, the location and amenities are perfect for us. The property and house are even better than the description. Multiple generations have been renting beach houses for a family vacation for 40+ years. This is the best ever, hands down.

Family Beach Vacation
This property was perfect for our family's annual trip. Plenty of beds/baths and open family space. The patios on both levels were so nice. And we always love a pool! Plus the beach was right there. We were so pleased with our stay.

Great place for family time!
This place was perfect for our family and friends to hang out and enjoy and relax! The pool was the center piece since the weather wasn’t the greatest, but close access to main attraction and the ocean view was exactly what we wanted! The owner responded quickly and addressed any of our questions! Very much appreciated! When we come back to Myrtle, we’ll definitely come back to this house as there was so much room for our large family to spread out!

Spring Break '24
Wonderful place for larger group. We had 3 families. 11 people total. 6 adults and 5 kids 14-18. Everyone rated the trip 8-9/10, only because it was windy and the pool was not warm enough to swim in but otherwise the place was fantastic. Heated pool was not worth the extra amount, no one was comfortable swimming in the pool due to cold water, even with paying the extra.
