This is an Executive Villa and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi that is located along the tee-box of hole 15 of the Lakeside Country Club in a small neighborhood with lots of Palms and old Oak trees.
The Lakeside subdivision is an ideal location for your family trip, close to beach, golf and nature! (Hiking, Kayaking, Biking and Birding) For your groceries there's a Publix within 5 minutes distance from the house. Or you can drive to many other places within 10 miles, such as, Wal-Mart, local grocery stores and restaurants.
This house is pet free and smoke free. Smoking is permitted outside in the Lanai area only.
We offer free Wi-Fi internet and nationwide phone service.
The pool/jacuzzi can be heated with an electric heat pump, upon request (extra charge).

Spacious, Clean, and Pretty but False Advertsing

This was a really nice rental unit which was spacious, clean, and very pretty. The neighborhood and roads are quiet. The kitchen had a very good supply of equipment and was well- equipped except for a shortage of eating utensils. You had plenty of plates and glasses which would keep you from having to run the dishwasher excessively but only if you hand washed the eating untensils. The major issue/problem with this unit was horribly false advertising. You listed things like grill, pool, hot tub, etc. in the ad. After one books, you find out items advertised cost additional amounts.. VRBO needs to list those things in the ad as costing additional. Also the pool heater is NOT adequate for the cooler months and you can forget a Hot Tub experience. That also is false advertising.

Nice, Spacious & Convenient

We chose this house for its convenient location to our family. The house is spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. However, it could've been cleaner upon our arrival as it felt closer to broom clean than spotless.

Perfect family Vaca rental

It was beautiful. Everything was perfect and as it should be. I would definitely stay again. And also definitely recommend to anyone needing a vacation rental. The neighborhood was peaceful and everything was super close to get to. So overall it was well worth every penny!

Great house with a beautiful pool area

This property was just perfect for our large family. The pool area is just beautiful, we spent most of our time out there. Great location, in a quiet neighborhood and close to stores, etc but surrounded by trees and situated perfectly hidden from the golf course. There were a few things that could use attention such as the master bathroom shower head and some confusing light switches (specifically for the outdoor fans) but nothing that significantly detracted from our experience. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Inverness area.

Nice house

Nice house in Inverness. Biking trails nearby and not too far to fresh water springs. Pool and spa tub nice. Easy check in and check out.

Way better house than shown in the pictures!

This is a great house! Check-in could be better (eg door code) than driving to the office first but it was easy, close and no problem. The house is bigger and nicer than it looks in the pictures. The pool area is really nice. It has two living room spaces, lots of seating and the whole house was very clean. I felt like some of the switches for lights/fans didn’t work but it didn’t bother us. Also when I was missing a few kitchen tools it was an easy fix after I called the office. They could rent the house for a higher price if they would take better pictures. We highly recommend this house!!!
