This apartment has a terrace, living room, kitchenette, cupboards and a bathroom with toilet. The capacity is two people. Furnished The Roches is composed of a double bed and a sofa bed.

It is located in the seaside resort of Saint Gilles les Bains, a few steps from the beach of Roches Noires and close all shops and bus stops (medical center, bakery, restaurants and bars, banks a few hundred meters .. . ect) and the Tourist Office.

Un très bon accueil avec tous les renseignements nécessaires, ouverts aux demandes. Juste un petit hic sur les horaires car les départs le soir nous obligent à quitter le matin.

Les plus: logement spacieux, clair, bien placé en centre vile, commerces a 5' et plage à 10' a pied, placé du marché derrière l'immeuble avec des restaurants Les moins :logement ancien pas d'insonorisation,on entend marcher les voisins du dessus, les enfants jouer dans les parties communes,le soir tard, voitures stationnee devant l'immeuble tres tardivement recuperee par leurs proprietaires bruyants venant des bars te restau du bord de mer des roches noires

Proche du port ,dans une résidence sécurisée,proche de toutes les commodités , Appartement très fonctionnel ,de grandes dimensions et disposant d'une terrasse bien exposée. Nous avons passé un bon sejour.

Superbe appartement

Nous avons passé 3 semaines exceptionnelles à l'Ile de la Réunion. Et la location de cet appartement a contribué à ce magnifique séjour. Il est situé au centre de Saint Gilles les Bains, à proximité de tous les commerces, de l'arrêt du bus et de la plage des roches noires. L'appartement est parfait et très bien équipé. La grande terrasse entourée de cocotiers et d'un flamboyant est un endroit rêvé pour prendre les repas. L'accueil du propriétaire est parfait de part sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Une location à recommander et qui donne envie de revenir!
