Welcome to "The Cove" a cozy home near the beach!
This cute bungalow is the perfect home away from home. You will have the entire house and yard all to yourself. It has two spacious bedrooms, a full bath and a 1/2 bath along with a large private fenced in backyard that includes an in-ground pool!

Enjoy included amenities: 4 adult bikes, golf clubs, WiFi, Smart TVs, Netflix, full size washer and dryer, Weber gas grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool floats and a fully stocked kitchen!

The Cove is close to the charming town of Dunedin with many restaurants, breweries and shops. The Pinellas trail for biking and walking is just across the street and a great way to get to Dunedin.
The water is only 3 blocks away, perfect for a spectacular Florida sunset!
Beautiful Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon Island state park are 10 mins by car. Pool Heater is available March through November. Smoke and drug free property.

The Cove

The Cove worked out perfectly! Really nice, well-kept place. Nice to enjoy breakfast Coffee in the screened-in porch by the pool. Rode our bikes up & down the Pinellas Trail, 120miles for the week. Close proximity to Dunedin was terrific! Short ride to waters edge to watch the sunset! It's all good!

Clearwater/Dunedin house

I stayed here 3 nights while visiting a friend who lives nearby. The house was immaculately clean, well equipped, and in a good location. It was excellent for my purposes. I did not use the pool or the bikes, but all looked good.

The Cove

Our stay at "The Cove" was comfortable, quiet, and fun. The house is close to all of our favorite activities and great places to eat and NOT too close to family (we like our privacy). The Cove is a great place to stay and we'll use it again!

We absolutely loved this house. My daughter enjoyed swimming every morning in the 90+° pool and the endless conveniences of diving toys, beach towels and beach gear were amazing… we can’t wait to go back

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at The Cove very much. You will find everything you need and more. The house is very well equipped. We took the bikes for a ride to Dunedin. The trail is only two minutes away. It is nice to have the pool and the beautiful backyard. Sue was very helpful and easy to reach. We would love to come back!

We loved this house, Sue provided everything we could have needed and was very accessible if we needed help with anything. The office was perfect for myself working remotely and the pool was great. It was so close to downtown Dunedin and so much to do. We will definitely be back!

We had an excellent stay at The Cove!! Including arrival and check out, we stayed 9 days... the Home is wonderful with great beachy decorations! The additional half bath helped us very much and was very pretty. The on property laundry was a super bonus. Sue was assume and communicated every step!! THANK YOU AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Cozy home away from home

perfect set up, fully stocked, very clean, and so comfy. Just 2 miles from our daughters home so the location was ideal. Too bad it wasn't warm enough to swim! I highly recommend The Cove!

Pleasant Stay

Property clean and exactly as advertised. Wished it was a warmer time of year so we could have used the pool. Located in an older neighborhood but it appeared safe. Stocked with everything we needed and the use of bikes is a nice added touch.

Great Stay and Location

We had a group of 4 of us stay at the Cove and had a wonderful stay. The home was well stocked with essentials and the bikes, chairs, and towels made it easy to take a short beach trip. Everything was very clean and the pool was refreshing and perfect for our group of 4. We ended up loving the place so much that we skipped on the beach for a few days and just stayed put at the Cove. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Great place to stay

Perfect end to our 13 day Florida trip - 5 night stay here just relaxing before flying home. House very well laid out, original features, very comfortable and has everything you could think of as well as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. A lovely maintained pool and pool area. Dunedin town is great, lovely area nice eateries. Whilst we headed into Clearwater too, we preferred Dunedin. Clearwater beach is 15 min drive away, clean and the water was sooo warm. Beautiful sunsets to be had a 3min bike ride away from the house. A great stay!

A month in paradise!

Our stay could not have been better! We loved everything about the house, the extras that Sue provided, the pool, the proximity to Dunedin, the neighborhood, the Pinellas trail being nearby, great restaurants! We have to go back to enjoy what we didn't have time for this trip.

Perfect “Home away from Home”!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at our “Home Away from Home”, “The Cove”! With the peaceful, spacious backyard, heated pool, charming decor, sunny lanai and proximity to the Pinellas Trail and Dunedin Center, it totally exceeded all of our expectations! The house has a very homey, cozy feel and the pool is the perfect size.
The location is wonderful with Clearwater Beach and the cute town of Dunedin close by. The street is in a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood.
