Nice and easy

From the check in to the check out. Everything was nice and easy. Villa was very clean, it was about 6 mins from the beach. First time trip to HHI, will 100% be back.

Beautiful!

The condo has as beautiful, just a short walk from the beach - the owner was very responsive and kind. Perfect amount of space for my husband and I, with our three children (1 of which is only 1 and she was happy as can be there) Definitely recommend!!!

Spring Break 2022

Overall place was great for price, the area was quite and beach, restaurants, shops were ten minutes away by foot. Mattress in master bedroom was sagging, clear shower curtain in master bedroom needs to be replaced. Adjacent condo neighbors are smokers. Overall condo has beautiful beach decor and in good condition.

Excellent Location

The pros: the location is great, the decor is really cute, parking is convenient, owner was really responsive and friendly. The cons: the place is clean but not immaculate (sandy floors, dusty corners) and the queen bed was not comfortable for two people (we kept rolling into the middle). There is a terrible smell of stale cigarette smoke in the hallway (but note: the apartment itself smelled fine!). Overall I would recommend staying here, but the owner could look into a couple of details to make it better.

The home was well maintained. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The area was beautiful! Very close to shopping, food, and entertainment .

Cozy spot very close to the beach

We booked this place months ago and we're excited to stay, and it lives up to expectation. Good rate too since we got it early. The condo was easily able to accomodate 5 people. Very clean and the pool was a nice touch. Also, only 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. Highly recommend.

Very responsive property manager!

Mary was wonderful to deal with and so quick to communicate no matter when or what I texted her about! Great recommendations for restaurants and beach access tips. Bike rental right out front. everything was convenient and made the stay enjoyable. Condo was well equipped and nicely decorated. Quiet too

Family vacation 2020

We are a family of 4. Two adults and two teenagers. The condo is great and in a good location for beach access and dining/entertainment. We rented bikes and biked most places. You can even bike to the Bilo grocery store. The building is dated and the pool area/chairs could be better kept (pressure washed), but it was fine. The pool was good. The refrigerator has no ice maker. Buy ice. Also, you will need to bring wash clothes if you need more than one per person for the week. That was weird to me. The coin ($1.00) washing machine is right outside the door. You share with 3-4 other condo’s. We had no problems. Netflix was great to have. No grill at the condo was a bummer. We just cooked a little and ate out mostly. There are some near the pool with picnic tables. We didn’t want to cook out there. The elevator was broken when we arrived (Saturday) and we had to carry everything four flights of stairs. I wasn’t happy. I text property manager immediately and he informed me a part was ordered and it was fixed Monday morning. I think as a property manager, he would be on top of things better. Outside trash cans were full and could be emptied more often. For a dated property, it should be as good as it can be all the time. The condo owner (Mary) was great and easy to deal with. She answered all my questions fast and followed up with me. Over all, a great place to stay.

Fantastic Rental!!

We have stayed in many places at HH over the years, and this was one of the nicest we've ever had. Recently completely renovated and nicely kept and very clean. Location is great, with just a 4-5 minute stroll to the beach. Owner was fantastic and reached out to make sure everything was OK. Can't wait to come back!!
