1/94 Rocky Point Road is conveniently located within walking distance to Fingal Bay Sports Club and a short flat walk to beautiful Fingal Bay beach, having a relaxed fully enclosed, undercover area complete with BBQ facilities makes this the perfect family getaway. 

Downstairs has a tiled open plan, air-conditioned living/ dining area with Smart TV and Blue ray DVD player and unlimited Wifi.  There is also another living area which provides a large flat screen TV and a DVD blue ray player.  The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with electric hotplates, wall oven, full size family fridge/ freezer and dishwasher, there is even an internal laundry with washing machine, dryer and the bonus of an extra toilet. 

Upstairs takes you to three large bedrooms all with ceiling fans & ducted air conditioning throughout and the main bedroom provides an ensuite with walk in shower, TV with blue ray and access to a balcony to allow the delightful breeze to flow through.  The main bathroom is also located upstairs and features a large corner bath and separate shower, toilet and vanity.

Parking for two vehicles with a single lock up garage and single carport complete this property.

Sub-Standard Accomodation

I was not happy as this place was dirty when I arrived. I had to do some cleaning, as I had children with me. Spiders crawling around, Tiles were sticky. The place was definitely not cleaned for a while. There was a welcome pack which was useless. I asked for linen, and I had to make my own beds. I would have assumed the beds would have been ready for me. For what I paid, this was definitely NOT money well spent. I will not use this company again
