No Communication and Dishonest Listing
My wife and I chose this home due to location and the description. We planned to bring our toddler aon and teenage daughter. Our Daughter would watch our son while we attended a football game.
The description said “We love kids, and if you're bringing a very little one we'll provide you with a Baby Bjorn travel crib/playpen and organic cotton bed linens, and a high chair if needed - just let us know.”
After booking I sent several messages to the host about the high chair and checking procedures. I received no response from the host. I also called several times and left messages. No response.
I finally contacted VRBO and they talked w the host and I immediately called her. She was very curt and stated they didn’t offer the high chair. I said that was fine. I asked about checking procedures and she said “you didn’t receive an email? I’ll put in another ticket. .” and abruptly hung up.
We never received any check in information and were stranded in Atlanta without a place to stay. The day after the check in date we received an email stating that the host had to cancel the reservation because we were bringing a child.
