This is a cozy penthouse studio at the heart of the modern city in the famous neighborhood of Exarcheia! The city view from the comfortable veranda is magnificent. The penthouse is located in the foot of Lycabettus hill and has easy access to all public transports although most of the city highlights are within walking distance! This part of the neighborhood combines tranquility and centrality. We would love to host, young energetic travelers. The interior is a 35sqm studio loft that has a unique veranda! The studio has plenty of sunlight and is airy, perfect for working. The veranda is 40sqm and guests have exclusive use! The view is superb, it is a fantastic place to take your breakfast or to relax before sleeping.
