The Neighborhood:
The Central Business District is right in the center of New Orleans and convenient to almost everywhere in the city, extremely close to the French Quarter, Convention Center, bars, and restaurants.

Getting Around:
Nearly everything is within walking distance. The historic St. Charles Streetcar line passes right by the building and can take you for a beautiful tour of Uptown New Orleans.

It's 3 blocks to Bourbon. Frenchmen Street is on the far side of the French Quarter. There are two streetcar routes, one along the river and one along Rampart Street, which both take you to Frenchmen.

Beautiful & Convenient

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! We give it a 10/10. It was aesthetically pleasing and clean! We had all of the appliances we would need for an extended stay. Not to mention that it was conveniently located approximately 3 short blocks from Canal and Bourbon Street. The owners were great hosts! Consider booking here without a delay! We will definitely book again in the near future!

The condo was exactly as advertised. The pictures were correct, it was clean and I felt the management did a great job in preparing for my stay. Excellent location to enjoy all of New Orleans.

Perfect location! Gorgeous property

Couldn’t have been happier! Everything was top-notch! It is the perfect location. Close to all the restaurants, and sites to walk, but just far enough from Bourbon Street to get a good night’s sleep. Thank you for the delicious, ground coffee! Love the large baseboards, & trim work! Will return to same place for our next trip! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Convenient and Clean

We had a great week with New Orleans and our apartment. Would recommend! We traveled with our car and it was bit of a challenge for parking, if you don’t want to pay $35 a day.

Thanksgiving

Arrived on Thanksgiving and was able to check in early. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Great location to walk most places and management checked on us via email to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Great Space in Central Business District

We went over two weekends and the week between to attend the New Orleans Jazz and Music Heritage Festival. Our stay at Jordan's space went smoothly. My wife's first comment on seeing the condo was "Adorbs". A bonus is Olive being downstairs for quick takeout - great Mediterranean food.

Good location to visit French Quarter and beyond

Only a few blocks from Canal Street and streetcars, easy walk to many sites. We stayed for 7 nights during French Quarter Fest. The event was crowded but very fun. Walked the entire French Quarter, to the WW2 Museum, streetcar to NOLA Art Museum and Sculptor Park... Ok, we are good walkers, but it really is doable and fun! No noise in apartment. Our only problem was with a heavy pocket door between the bathroom and bedroom. There is almost nothing to hang onto to pull closed, it is heavy and doesn't move easily. Would benefit from a good handle and maybe some lubrication!

The location is fantastic. It`s close enough to the French Quarter, a very short walk, but not in the middle of the chaos. It`s spacious and comfortable and secure. One improvement would be to add cable tv, with channels you`ve actually heard of.

Mardi Gras

This was a very nice place to celebrate Mardi Gras. Close to parade routes. Wish parking lots were closer but just a block away. Wouldn’t advise the lot behind the building.
