Top floor studio with terrace
This is a cozy top floor studio next to the center of Athens. . The view from the veranda is endless and inspiring, as it includes the Acropolis, the hills of Tourkovounia, Lycabettus and Strefi, Piraeus port and most of Athens cityscape. The building is opposite to Pedion tou Areos park and within walking distance from Exarcheia square and Fokionos Negri street, a vivid street in Kypseli.
The interior is small yet practical. There is a desk attached to the wall next to the window for extra natural light as the sunlight is magnificent and perfect for work. A kitchen with all the necessary amenities to prepare your meals and a small bathroom. Even though the bathroom has a tub is small and not suitable for a bath, only for showers. The bed is conformable and the closet has a big storage capacity.
