January 2025 - Another great stay

Having stayed here last year, we returned again this year and were warmly welcomed again by our hosts. Property is well located and immaculately clean and well appointed. If you're there skiing, drying facilities for skis etc are available.If the snow is good and there is enough snow for the home run to St Gervais to be ski-able then the slope is around 100m from the apartment, otherwise it is helpful to have a car to get down to the St Gervais lift station.Would recommend.

Séjour St Gervais février 2024

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Saint Gervais, appartement grand et spacieux et très très propre. Il est situé au calme avec une belle vue dégagée sur la montagne d'un coté et la vallée de l'autre. Le point négatif est qu'en l'absence de neige, il est assez loin des remontées mécaniques à pied, 10 mn ne sont pas suffisantes. Les navettes sont peu nombreuses ce qui oblige à prendre la voiture tous les jours.

Ski trip

Great apartment, well appointed and with a very welcoming host. Very private on the top floor of the property. We had no issues during our stay where we needed to contact the hosts..As they live on the floor below though they were always easily available. Recommend a car if you're skiing as it allows access more easily to a lot more of the Evasion ski area including Les Contamines and Combloux/Jaillet without spending lots of time travelling between areas using lifts. Property has a garage with ski rack so storing/drying skis nightly is easy. Unfortunately the snow wasn't as good as we would have hoped so (nearly) ski-in, ski-out wasn't an option on this occasion, but had the resort run which is within 100m of the apartment been open then it would have been perfect. On days we were skiing Bettex/Megeve then no car would have been needed. If the run is closed or you don't have a car, then would recommend hiring a locker as the walk to the Bettex gondola isn't really something to be attempted in ski boots. Town is between a 20/25 minute walk and easily do-able, but be aware that if you're coming back from a satisfying dinner then it's uphill for a most of the way coming home! Kitchen has all the amenities you need if you want to self cater though, although we chose to mostly have our main meal on the mountain during the day. Definitely recommended, and we wouldn't have any hesitation to book another stay in future.

Nous étions 6 personnes, bien que conseillé pour 5 par les propriétaires, tout s'est bien passé. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et bien situé. Les propriétaires sont juste parfaits (accueillants, réactifs, disponibles et discrets). Pour nous , rien de négatif. A recommander.

sejour très agréable pour des vacances d'hiver

un gîte conforme à la description avec une très belle vue sur le massif du Mont Blanc. Gîte bien équipé. Des hôtes très gentils, discrets mais accueillants et serviables. Emplacement très pratique pour les bons skieurs avec la piste rouge revenant au télécabine du village à 150 m du chalet sinon télécabine et centre ville accessibles en 15 minutes environ à pied.

Le calme de la campagne à 2 pas du centre touristique.

Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable en août. Les propriétaires, sur place, sont très accueillants. La location est joliment décorée et d'une propreté irréprochable. On s'y sent tout de suite bien. L'électroménager est de qualité, les lits confortables, les rangements nombreux. Une baie vitrée s'ouvre sur un balcon d'où la vue sur la montagne est magnifique. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour. Merci beaucoup à nos hôtes 😀

Wir hatten eine super Woche

Ein sehr gemütliches Appartement mit toller Lage. Wir haben einen super Skiurlaub über Silvester 19/20 verbracht. Leider lag nicht allzu viel Schnee, sodass die Pisten runter ins Tal nicht geöffnet waren. Das Haus liegt nämlich direkt an der (roten) Piste, runter nach Saint-Gervais (siehe Google-Maps)! Wenn man also ein bisschen Glück mit dem Wetter hat - absolut genial. Sonst sind es noch 6min Autofahrt bis zur Liftstation. Einen Parkplatz gibt es direkt am Haus. Skier können im Haus in der Garage abgestellt werden, für die Schuhe gibt es im Treppenhaus sogar einen Trockner. Die Wohnung selbst ist schlicht/klassisch aber sehr gemütlich und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar Backofen, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und sogar einen Raclette Grill! Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Sehr schön ist auch der Balkon mit der tollen Aussicht. Alles war tiptop sauber, Sie haben die Wahl, die Endreinigung entweder selbst durchzuführen, oder dies Mme Ducrey machen zu lassen (kostet extra). Staubsauger, Reinigungsmittel etc. sind vorhanden. Mme Ducrey ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Sie wohnt direkt in der unteren Wohnung. Leider spricht Sie nur französisch und sehr wenig Englisch, sodass wir uns mit Google Translate und Zeichensprache behelfen mussten, hat aber super geklappt. Partys und laute Musik sind in der Wohnung übrigens nicht gestattet, da es wie gesagt darunter noch andere Wohnungen gibt! Wir bedanken uns herzlich für die tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder vorbei :)

Un chalet sur flanc de montagne

Bel appartement situé entre la station de ski et le village de Saint-Gervais, propice au repos, au sport et à la détente. Nicole et son mari nous ont chaleureusement accueillis et se sont montrés très attentionnés tout au long du séjour. Un grand merci à eux et leurs petits enfants ! Je recommande vivement ce lieu de vacances, vous y passerez un moment agréable.

Très bien !

Appartement spacieux très propre et bien équipé, il ne manque vraiment rien. La vue est incroyable. Accueil très gentil de la part des propriétaires. Le chalet est situé à 3 mn en voiture du centre de St-Gervais et 10 mn environ du Bettex, départ de nombreuses balades. Une semaine c'est court pour découvrir ce coin donc nous reviendrons certainement !

logement fonctionnel mais un peu loin de la station et altitude un peu basse

Logement fonctionnel propre et suffisamment spacieux pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants. situation géographique du chalet pratique pour les curistes et en période d'été pour de belle ballade mais moins pratique pour les sports d'hivers Des ballades très agréable à faire dans des chemins enneigés mais comme le chalet est bas en altitude il faut prendre la voiture entre 8km et 15km minimum pour faire de belle ballade dans la neige Une très belle station "Le Bettex" et des pistes très agréable du débutant au plus confirmé mais trop éloigné du chalet 8km de route de montagne, télécabine à 1.5 km (en voiture) en dessous du chalet pour rejoindre la station pour les skieurs (inclus dans les forfaits) pour les piétons (49€/sem par adulte pour 1 aller/retour par jour) la télécabine était possible pour nos enfants âgées de 9 ans et 14 ans mais impossible si enfant en bas ages il faut obligatoirement les monter a la station en voiture et pas très pratique pour stationner car le parking est petit et si il tombe de la neige une partie de la route de montagne avant la station n'est pas déneigé donc équipement spécifique fortement recommandé voir obligatoire pour y accéder Nous ne relouerons pas ce bien pour les sports d'hiver car nous étions habituer de louer en pied de piste (départ et retour ski au pied) mais plutôt en été pour faire de la randonnée

Nice and cozy, with beautiful mountain view

We really enjoyed our stay with 4 persons (2 kids, 2 adults) at this well equipped, clean and very well kept apartment. The views on the mountains are very beautiful, and the property is located in a good place for skying. We stayed in February and there was sufficient snow to ski back to the appartement. The owners are really friendly and helpful. We can warmly recommend this place.
