This condo had all the amenities of home and then some. It was close to the beach and everything else we wanted to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Great anniversary stay!

We loved the property! Patrick has everything you need at the condo. Well stocked with all your cooking needs, golf clubs, etc. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary her with our two kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and amenities!

My parents and I stayed at Sandpiper Cove for a little getaway. We loved the location. Close to the private beach, fun restaurants and shopping centers. We drove down the 30A in both directions with the condo being pretty centrally located. Patrick was very organized and checkin/out went smooth! Would recommend this condo for any small parties!

Great location/amenities!

This was perfect for our family of four. Just a short walk to the beach and close to one of the pools on property. However you can also drive over to the private beach entrance as well as there is parking. Loved the fact that it included beach service. There was even a couple extra chairs we used as well as a smaller cooler which was really convenient since we flew a d did not bring ours. Communication was wonderful. We could even see the fireworks they let off on Thursday at the harbor.

We had an amazing experience here! This was a last minute booking/find for us. We booked three days before our trip and it was a seemless process. The owner provided exceptional communication, guidance, and presence during the transaction. The condo was perfect for us (two people) and we had room for a few more if needed. First floor location in Sandpiper cove was also a huge plus for us!! Thanks for everything Patrick!!!

Amazing Host!

Patrick our host went above and beyond our whole stay. He gave us plenty of ideas of where to eat that we could drive our boat to. And supplied us with lots of resources for boat docking and everything we needed with bringing our own boat. The condo was clean and well kept up. And was a perfect fit for our little family. The location of the condo is in the perfect location. And seconds from everything. The canal view was amazing. Our family loved the little golf course and enjoyed watching people play from the back porch. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Beautiful Location

Amazing place for a couples retreat or families with 1 child. Has a 9 hole golf course that is awesome and this unit actually provided the equipment to play with as well as the tennis court. The owner actually messaged to make sure we arrived and was very pleasant to do business with. I have nothing negative to say at all. Definitely a nice place to stay. Will book again.

Perfect Place to stay in Destin!

My daughter and I really enjoyed staying at Holiday Isle it was a perfect location and very clean. The condo was well stocked (we always bring towels, bedding etc...) but everything was there for us if we needed it including a stocked kitchen of items to use to cook. Winn Dixie is right across the street so we were able prepare meals easily. Target is across the street too. I don't feel there were any issues with the place if there is an issue that you have Patrick will be right on it. He is excellent and very helpful also with finding things to do and also advice on your trip! The Sandpiper is very quiet . My daughter enjoyed watching the golfers and playing on the golf course also. The heated pools were very nice to since we had some chilly days. The guards are great out front and if you have any questions they are very helpful. It was just me and my daughter I felt very safe. It was a fantastic stay! Thank you Patrick.

We came there the first time on vacation and ended up purchasing this beautiful coastal condo located right on the canal and a short walk to our private beach pools, pickle ball, tennis courts, famous restaurant, water taxi service absolute beautiful you absolutely love it and we are dog friendly.

What makes this property unique

This property is located on the first floor easy access to all the amenities that Sandpiper Cove offers. You will look right out at the canal. You can bring your boat and park it right in front of the condo easy walk to the beach, beautiful sunset extended deck with patio furniture, and we are pet friendly coastal charm to the max!
