The property is also less than a ten minute drive to three other beaches, Galilee and the block Island ferry. The house is immaculate and sanitized top to bottom between turns (mid-stay cleanings are also available upon request) Linens and towels as well as other necessities provided. There's a gorgeous eat in kitchen & the whole home is very spacious and simple with a washer and dryer located on the main floor. Ample windows flood the home with natural light and provide great views (a few distant ocean views) Backyard is cozy and semiprivate with an outdoor shower. Located by the town sea wall (a three minute walk). Beach, restaurants & bars are along the way. Parking is off street for six vehicles. It has a garage bay to store-away items that you would rather not have outside. This house is priced exceptionally well and below market value in the area as you will notice immediately upon arrival.

Lovely home in a great location with an easy trip to Scarborough State Beach or the Town Beach.
An earlier review had mentioned difficulty with baby gates, but the home now included a pair of gates and this wasn't a problem for us.
We loved our stay here. The property is updated and well kept, plenty of space, good sized bedrooms, nice kitchen and family room area! Easy walk to beach and restaurants! Would love to come back 🙂 Also the owner and property manager were very responsive.
Very nice property just a minute walk to Monahans pier and reasonable walk to the beach and pier village. House was spotless. Large bedrooms and great open kitchen and living room. 5 guest beach passes were an unexpected but welcome bonus.
The house is spacious, clean, and just as advertised. There is plenty of space for relaxing and socializing with whoever you are staying with. The bedrooms are spacious and give you a sense of privacy at night.. 2.5 baths are awesome too.. with a washer and dryer on the main floor in the half bath. The house is VERY clean. Lorenzo responds quickly. Great stay.. would stay again!
We have rented this home multiple times for 2 weeks each time. We have enjoyed many things including the location, the spaciousness, the kitchen, the beach passes, the grill and patio area, and the outdoor shower! Where it is lacking is: 1) The master bedroom split A/C unit was noisy and although I asked to have it fixed right away, it was never fixed. 2) The master bedroom matress is quite hard. I ended up buying a cheap mattress topper from Amazon. 3) When we went to use the dryer the first time, it was jammed full of damp linens. When I inquired about, they came by and just threw them back in the dryer. We ended up having to fold them and put them in the closet.
The house overall is lovely. We had a wonderful vacation. The property owner is easy to reach and responds quickly. The house has all the basics that you need for a beach vacation.
A few things to be aware of when renting this property. It has two very large, very steep stair cases. One located as you first come through the front door leading up to the main level of the house, and one leading to the bedrooms. We had a 14 month old and the gate they provided did not work in the very wide openings. My daughter even brought her own and her’s didn’t fit either. This is not a great house for small children.
Pans are very used. The non stick coating is very scratched. Definitely time to replace them. The dryer buzzer is so loud that you can hear it upstairs with ALL the doors closed. It actually terrified my grandson. It was very nice that the owner had dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. That was a nice touch and much appreciated.
We didn’t use them, as we had our own, but beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella are available at the house. Another nice amenity.
If you are looking for an outdoor space this isn’t a great option. There was a backhoe in the small backyard. At some point during our stay someone came by and set up a table and chairs in the backyard.
Location was great. We didn’t use the town beach because we like Scarborough Beach better, but there are 4 town beach passes if you need them.
Thank you for a lovely stay.
Great location! Well appointed house with full kitchen and kitchen amenities. Very thoughtful host/ property manager even left us beach passes and sand toys for the kids. There is an outdoor shower. Very clean house and quite large. Can’t have guests though so cannot host another family for dinner if ever you are visiting local people and you were expecting to. One of the rooms AC was not working and they fixed it the very next day. Two full bathrooms but can’t take showers at the same time or else water runs cold. However it’s fine if family members take showers sequentially and then no problem. Overall very reasonable price for such a large house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to the beach. Very professional and responsive host/ property managers.
It was my first time renting this home. Stayed for 2 nights. The home is spacious and easy to get to. The owner was super nice and very quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely rent this home again if I was going to Narragansett.
What a hidden gem. The home was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The beach passes were a nice touch. Easy walk to the clam shack. We spent Days on the sand . An easy drive to Newport for a day
Going back home with the grown children to show off their significant others is never easy, but this property made it stress free! There are plenty of spaces for gatherings, including a kitchen big enough for those late night discussions, a
living room with dining area, and outside space with tables, chairs and even Adirondacks! We used everything! The beach chairs in the garage, towels in the house, along with beach passes, made for that perfect break from the action! We went to all the local relatives easily because it is centrally located at the Pier. We even had a concert staged there Saturday night. All in all, it was the spring board to the perfect weekend! Thank you!
We were looking for a new, clean getaway without carpet or grandmas tchotchke's. Lorenzo's place hit the mark in all those ways, and sits on the edge of a lovely neighborhood and a few minute drive to the town beach. It's not the quintessential Narragansett beach house from the outside but the interior makes up for that. The rental came with beach passes which only left "looking for parking" as the main inconvenience. On most days it is easy to find free parking within a few minute walk. On the busiest days I would drop my family at the beach with all their gear and circle back to the house to park and walk back (roughly 15-20 min) The kitchen is newly renovated and was easy for us to cook-in a few nights. The outdoor shower was under construction when we were there so assuming its complete that will be an added bonus. Backyard space is fine- nothing fancy but big enough for a few adirondeck chairs and grille. Overall it was a very easy place to stay in and would recommend.
House was newly renovated and super clean! Very spacious and a short walk to the Narragansett sea wall! Had an amazing stay and would stay there again :) Thank you again!

What makes this property unique
Just a short walk to Monahan’s dock and the wall allows you to be in the heart of the town. The revived Boon Street is a couple blocks up from there and allows you to leave the car at home.
