We had a wonderful day and the host was very responsive and help us find the home as we checked in late and it was dark. He also was very responsible when we had a question about the gate. This is a nice place because it has three bedrooms and actually has enough space to sit in the living room and a nice size kitchen. We were able to do laundry and everything was there that we needed.
The house was in a great location for us to commute to Denton, Tx. It had all the conveniences of home. Having the coffee and creamer available was a life/time/money saver, thank you for that! Having the games were also a nice added bonus. This house was a perfect home away from home for my family to stay and celebrate my daughter graduating from college!
Our stay was very nice. We were a group of 7 ladies in town for two days for a women’s conference. This is an older home but very comfortable. It was clean as expected, (most comparable places we’ve stayed at use cleaning services and they are not going to wipe down baseboards and clean behind dressers, so don’t be overly expectant)! The beds were VERY comfortable with clean linens, which is a big plus as some of us bring our own sheets and memory foam mattress pads and didn’t need to use them!We didn’t use the kitchen except for making coffee. We love having a washer and dryer and did use that (because women always use extra towels)! Overall, we would recommend this listing and would book again in the future.
This place was fantastic for our trip. We knew we would be mostly in Lewisville and Garland and the drive from here to both was super fast. The house was clean and had several nice features.
The place was really nice, neat and matched the photos. Everyone in my family was comfortable, we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were accommodating and communicated with us frequently to make sure everything was okay throughout our stay, we highly recommend.
It was a nice stay. The house was the perfect size for us, not too big but spacious enough for us to spread out. The house is tidy and clean but not deep cleaned and unfortunately not stocked well. The showers and kitchen cabinets were a bit dirty. We wanted a house so that we could cook and do meals at home. However this kitchen didn’t have enough dishes or utensils for us. No mixing spoons, or spices and an uneven amount of dishes and utensils. There are lots of plates but not too many bowls. The knives are dull and some of the utensils - like the peeler for example are also dull so cooking is not that easy if you’re prepping bigger meals. If yoi want to cook, you may want to bring your own spices, and other supplies. The drywall is peeling in many places and the house is dimly lit. The street itself has no lights at night but there’s a lot of street parking. There is a back parking area but no way to get into the house except the front door (back door has no code to enter)so we didn’t use this area. We did appreciate the body soap, shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower. The beds were also super nice and comfortable and there’s a tv in every room which is nice. Lots of board games available too and very close to Sam’s club, krogers, eateries and parks. Communication with the manager is excellent. He responds quickly and professionally and was very easy to work with. Overall, it was a nice stay and if you’re not cooking each night, it’s a great place to be!
Conveniently located close to interstate 35 and Grand Escape. Old town Lewisville is quaint. We were in town for a H.S. graduation at Univ of North Texas.
This was an awesome property to stay at. It is centrally located and was 20-25 minutes from everything we needed to get to in the Dallas area. It was clean, and the pictures/description accurately portrayed the house. Justin communicated with me throughout the entire process and was friendly yet professional. I highly recommend this VRBO rental!
We were so pleased with our stay. Our family came to go to the Gaylord Ice, and we had an easy drive to our home afterwards. We walked in and everyone was pleased with the cleanliness of home. It had a Christmas tree for the season that we lighted immediately. There were comfortable beds, tvs in the bedrooms, and a big living and dining area. We had all we needed to make a big breakfast.before leaving. Great communication with the hosts, and everything worked great in the home. Highly recommend this home. We hope to return.

Lewisville lacking
The property itself was not terrible. The cleanliness of the property was extremely disappointing. The showers were very dirty with slimy grime in the corners of the showers. There were stains on the carpeting in two of the bedrooms. The windows and ceilings looked like they had never been cleaned at all. And the best part was the giant cockroach we found in the kitchen. I did not take a picture of the roach because I was trying to get it out of the house as quickly as possible before my 8 month old grandson got to it to put it in his mouth. Inside each doorway there were staples sticking up which was dangerous to both adults and the 8 month old that wanted to crawl around in the house. However after the cockroach we really didn’t let him crawl around much. There must have been some type of party at the property before we stayed because there was plastic confetti all over the place. Which again with a crawler was not ideal. The floors were also very dirty with food debris around and food stuck to the floor. I am not sure the cleaning crew mopped at all.
The location of the property in the neighborhood was not great either. It was very crowded on the street. We had a big vehicle so it was a bit complicated to get down the street and turn around. It wasn’t much better in the back parking area as the vehicle didn’t fit very well in the spot.
The owners were very quick to respond to any messages which I appreciated. And we did not feel unsafe in the property. We just really would have appreciated it to have been cleaned better.
The owners communicated clearly in advance and were helpful, which was nice. The house itself was a bit more run down and haggered than the photos showed, though. We were putting dishes in the dishwasher and the entire thing rolled right off onto the kitchen floor. There was hair in the bathtub, the carpets were old and dingy. But we were in town for a family wedding and options were limited so this did the trick.
Came to Dallas for a family wedding. This location was spacious and comfortable. Near to all amenities and shopping. Conveniently located. Great communication with owner! Would definitely rent again!
