About the property, it is located on a very exclusive location providing you with a beautiful clean beach to access to and with a private feel as well. The beach access is right after our huge beach deck a deck in which you can relax if you are not sure you want to touch the sand or be in the pool, read, sun bathe you name it its an amazing spot. Being one of the biggest property grounds on SPI it has plenty of amenities for everyone, like two crystal clear large pools with hot tubs, playground for the tots, walking trails, tennis courts, grill area and much more. The property is surrounded by a beautiful green landscape that always contrasts with the ocean and sky blue, beautiful. It’s such a complete place to stay in that it will be hard to even want to go out!

About the condo, it is an open concept condo so that everyone can flow and enjoy each other’s company with the room privacy everyone needs and plenty of space to hang out. South Padre Island offers many activities for everyone to enjoy. There is always something special going on in SPI weather its July´s fireworks at night, birdwatching season, sandcastle contests and much more! Pretty much every month there is something special going on. If you are randomly visiting SPI there is so much to do there, it’s like never-ending fun for everyone. Sports like deep sea fishing, deck fishing, fishing tournaments are very popular.  Boat rides, horseback riding, birdwatching, water parks, surf lessons, kite surf, bicycle rides and many more things for you to discover. Visit the sea turtle home it’s an amazing experience, especially for the tots!! South Padre Island is always full of surprises.

Enjoy all the many gastronomical options on the island, there so many good restaurants to choose from. It can be casual dining, more romantic dinning, or super casual day lunch from many options to choose from! Food at the beach clubs during the day is also great and the ambience is amazing. We do recommend for you to visit Port Isabel (just crossing the bridge) you will find fresh prepared ceviche, crab, oysters, and other fish to take back to your condo too. So good!
If you are looking for a fun night out, the night bars always offer fun, on point music and granted a very entertaining evening.

 HOUSE RULES:
•    Maximum occupancy limit:  8 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
•    No invited Guests are allowed.
•   To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).
•    No smoking allowed
•    Minimum age to rent is 21
•    All persons are required to wear wristbands.
•    Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
•    No pets allowed 
•    Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
•    Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay. 
•    We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.
