This beautiful 2 story home is located 2 minutes from the beach and 2 miles from the local grocery store! It’s positioned in an established Crystal Beach subdivision 3 rows from the beach with ocean views on both decks! Although it sleeps 18, this spacious floor plan offers everyone their own space and privacy.
All of the common first floor spaces are large and comfortable! Beautifully and well appointed kitchen with everything required plus an ice maker. You will love this house.

Great House!

We loved everything about our stay at this property! The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. Ashley was very responsive to any questions or problems that we had. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Family beach trip

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was great for our large family. The location was great - easily walkable to the beach, but we used 2 golf carts and transported everything in about 1 minute. I would definitely recommend this rental

Thanks for shared your beautiful house with us. Our family enjoyed the stay so much. The location is perfect, short walking distance to the beach, and the big store was just 2-3 mins drive away, there is even a nice ice cream in the area which was just 4-5 mins down the street. Overall I'm highly recommended this area. The only down side is ferry time, was was in line for almost 2 hours on the way out at 10am.

50th wedding anniversary celebration with 3 generations

Our family had a fabulous 5 days! This was a first time beach experience for the grandchildren, there are 5 of them ages 21/2 to 11. We had quick access to the beach, which was beautiful and clean. The Grands learned to ride the waves! The house was perfect for our 3 families. It was well supplied and lots of room for fun and games. Crystal Beach area is not commercialized, which we appreciated, but do plan on cooking your meals at the house. The kitchen and dinning area is spacious. We could have used a bigger grill outside, but what we had worked well. The house was just like the photos, beautiful! Ashley, was great at answering all our questions. We highly recommend this property.

Great location and the house was amazing!

Everyone in our group had a great time. The house was well stocked and had everything you would expect. Lots of towels and the ice maker is a huge benefit. Communication with Ashley was easy as we had a power outage (the whole neighborhood). Will hopefully be coming back again!

Multi generational visit

Our family of 12 ( ages 8 to 78) enjoyed this property for a long weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out or cozy up in one of the many beds to watch a movie! The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the fans in each room. The beach was very close and the neighborhood nice and quiet except for the fireworks but it was near July 4th! Highly recommend!

Great Beach Getaway

This beautiful home was everything we expected AND MORE! It is well appointed with everything you will need for your stay. Comfortable beds, great sheets, spices in the kitchen, just to name a few. One of the best parts is that all of the bunks are QUEEN beds which accommodated all of our 18 & 22 year old boys and their friends. Such a wonderful stay that we didn’t want to leave! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Great stay close to the beach

This property was a great fit for our family. As a large family, we had plenty of room and is obviously well kept and appears to be a new build. We really enjoyed the location to the beach, as its less than minutes walk to the main entrance or for kids a quick bike ride. The place is fully furnished with almost everything you would need. A couple of things that were not deal breakers for us but could use some attention were upon arrival, the trash cans were full from previous guest. Ashley was very responsive and tried to attend to the situation, given that it was over the weekend I do not think there was very much she could have done but she tried. The other thing for us is the grill and its location. We had quite a bit of rain during our stay, so when you'd try to grill, the runoff water from the upstairs wooden balcony would fall right into the grill pit and on top of your food and coals. Again, all that to say, we had a great time as a family and would recommend this place to friends in the future.

Fun Family House

We had 17 total people in our group and this house was so spacious that if fit everyone very comfortably. We had plenty of room to hang out and kitchen was big enough for our family to sit and enjoy the meals all together. I would highly recommend this house to anyone and we are already thinking about booking for next year.

This is a spectacular home in a great location. Beautifully decorated and everything you need is right there. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms have lots of room. Views are wonderful.
