The LIVING ROOM: The open floor kitchen, fireplace, vaulted / cathedral ceiling, modern mid century furniture, 12 skylights and 4 large windows are both very spacious and full of lights as well as cozy and romantic.

BEDROOM with queen size bed has two night stands with drawers. A large closet for hanging clothes and 6 drawers is located right across the bathroom.


WiFi: blazing fast optical fiber cable 500/500 mbps

TELEVISION: There is a smart 52” TV ,we provide live TV thru Sling TV or you can log in into your own Netflix, Hulu & Amazon Prime, ...2nd Smart TV with Alexa FireStick in 2nd Bedroom.

WATER: All of the water in the house is reverse osmosis filtered . We have our water experts change / check filters regularly. Small water faucet next to the main sink faucet is alkaline filtered, PH 9 balanced and very good for drinking. After you use it the system will make clicking noises as it filters/ fills itself up. Don't be alarmed by the noise. Please conserve the water. Don't abuse it.

STEAM SHOWER: unit is in the bathroom shower. To turn it on, use a panel located on the right side of the mirror. Close the skylight (with remote sitting next to the steam control panel to the right of the mirror) and shower door to create a steam room and open the skylight window with remote once done (point it to the skylight directly) to air the shower out. The system is set up to run at the recommended 20 minutes at a proper temperature of 114 degrees before shutting itself off automatically.

HEATING & COOLING:
When you leave the house please do not leave the heaters on in the winter or AC cooling on in the summer. Please conserve energy and protect our planet by turning heaters and coolers off when leaving the house.
COOLING:
We have an AC unit with a remote and it can cool off a room if needed in about 15 min.
HEATING:
The same AC unit works as a heater. In addition we have a radiant energy saving wall heater in the bathroom.
FIREPLACE:
We have a decorative gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & BATHROOM SOAPS & SHAMPOOS & LAUNDRY DETERGENTS are all eco friendly & organic.

REUSABLE COTTON KITCHEN TOWELS: Instead of paper towels, which are bad for our environment and our sensitive plumbing (when misused in toilets), we use black cotton reusable towels which our cleaning staff always leaves plenty of on top of the kitchen counter.

CLOSETS & CLOTHES HANGING:

A large closet for hanging clothes and 6 drawers is located right across the bathroom.

BLACKOUT BLINDS: are on all windows for those light sensitive sleepers.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The hair dryer is in the top drawer of the bathroom.
The washer & dryer are located in the separate enclosed room in the house.
Camera entry security systems are monitoring outdoors for your safety.

Whether you prefer to be completely independent or need occasional support, we're here to ensure your stay is comfortable and worry-free.

CLEANING & COVID PREVENTION:
We care about your wellness and safety. We have researched best practices based on CDC & WHO recommendations. Our cleaning crew has already incorporated the guidelines into the cleaning regimen, so your stay with us will be clean and sanitized. All surfaces and light switches and commonly used items such as remote controls, garage clickers are wiped down & disinfected with 80% alcohol.
Our cleaning crews wear masks and gloves and we practice minimum 4 hrs between guests to properly air out the premises. Therefore you will find open windows when arriving to our house.
When checking out please leave kitchen window and bathroom window open to air place out and leave used sheets and towels on the bathroom floors to help us minimize risk of Covid-19 spreading and to protect our hardworking, essential and loving cleaning crews.

PRODUCTIONS & FILMING:
Large gatherings and parties with loud music are strictly prohibited.
Anything more than 6 people is considered an event/ party.


Events, productions, filming at the property, using property as a production office is prohibited unless a proper additional insurance certificate is issued to the owner’s name & owner's “production & event rental agreement” has been signed with additional fees. Production fees are $300 per hour or $3000 per full day ( 12 hour production day which includes load in and load out). That full day rate includes present site rep.
