Hi, my name is Nico and this is my holiday home. I live in London but most of my summer time I spend on this beautiful island.
Why they chose this property
Build in the '80 as a family summer house in this lovely Dalmatian village it has been used only during the summer by my family and many guests.
I started renting the house about 5 years ago and since then I had a lot of satisfied customers.

What makes this property unique
The house is a perfect holiday place for those who are looking for a peaceful holidays, yet active and safe. There are no direct boundaries with any of my neighbours which makes it even safer in regards of Covid and any close contact.
It's a perfect place for relaxing and exploring the island. The nearby beach of Zukova and Zavala which are never overcrowded, gives the opportunity of a very isolated sunbathing, swimming and relaxing by the sea.
The town of Stari Grad is just 2 km away or 5 min by car while the town of Hvar is at 30 min drive.
